Description

Congratulations on your upcoming delivery ! This will be your second most photographed day ! Hospital provided delivery gowns are simply awful – you are in a totally new environment and have no option than to wear this old over sized gown given to you. Often you are asked to wear two, one backwards to cover the gaps in the back while getting up and moving around. The last thing you need to be doing is constantly adjusting, strings untied, shoulder falling down and retying those horrible strings or asking someone to do it for you! You want comfort, you want to feel covered, you want to feel prepared – and maybe a little bit of control – not to mention feeling good about yourself! So just say “no thank you’ to that tatty old gown and put on something from home, it feels great, clean and stylish – and yes! You can look stylish when giving birth. -This 3 in 1 gown delivers! With a sewn in adjustable empire waistline you can be sure of a perfect fit along with a discreetly hidden front panel, you can freely move around yet have easy access for medical examinations or fetal monitoring. The elasticated armholes ensure coverage and comfort along with the pull down elasticated neckline, designed for instant skin to skin contact with your new baby or easy breastfeeding. Snaps on both shoulders are yet another option to feed and snuggle. Designed with your comfort in mind - the Baby Be Mine 3 in 1 Labor Gown has you covered! US Patent D846,233, D846,23.

  • You’ll be greatful you got this!
Size: Small-Medium Color: Amelia
When I learned you can wear your own hospital gown for delivery I debated whether it was a necessity or me being vain. I was so grateful that I had gotten one after all. This IS THE ONLY GOWN with all three access points that are needed. All other gowns out there are missing one so that’s why I originally decided to try this one. I did order two and I did return one because I did not like the color/pattern after all and the fit under the arms was too snug and uncomfortable for me. I was worried the second would be the same but it was not, even though I ordered the same size, it fit better. I am 5’5, 162lbs pregnant and ended up with the S/M in the Amelia pattern. It’s a nice material, soft and thick enough. I went to the hospital unprepared and had to put on one of their gowns and was so relieved when I was able to change into this when my stuff was brought to me. I felt so comfortable the 24 hours I was in labor. The nurses were able to open the front to monitor my baby, the straps were able to un-snap for immediate skin to skin when she was born and although I did not plan for it, the gown had access for my epidural I ended up getting. I kept thanking my mom for getting this for me and telling her how glad I was for deciding to get it. I highly recommend it, if your debating it, get it, it’s worth it! ... show more

  • So happy I had this for birth
I don’t write a lot of reviews but I felt the need to give this a shout out. I was on the fence about whether i needed something like this, but I am so glad had this for my birth. So much better than a hospital gown! It made me feel pretty and was nice for photos. It was also very comfortable and worked perfectly for labor and even my c-section. The snaps on the back allowed easy access for the epidural and the snaps at the shoulders were great for breastfeeding. Definitely recommend! ... show more

  • Good value for the price...recommended!
Good value for the money. Perfect for my induction, labor and delivery. Hospital had no issue with me wearing my own gown. I actually bought 2, the blue polka dot and the black. I wore the black for labor and delivery as it was less likely to stain. After I got cleaned up I wore the blue polka dots. The solid downs are a very soft poly synthetic material, more stretchy and clingy. The print gown is 100% cotton, not as soft or stretchy and not clingy. I'm 5'4", pre pregnancy weight of 240lbs, weight at time of labor and delivery was 260lbs, and both gowns larger on me in terms of fit, but they mostly fit as expected. I have a larger bust size (40H) and for the black gown I definitely could have gone with a smaller size gown , it was huge in the bust area. For the polka dots, I think the size was perfect, though I did have to adjust the empire waist of that gown more frequently because the cotton was less flowly and I wanted the empire seam in the right place under my bust. I'm glad I went with the solid gown for L&D because the fabric was more comfortable and light weight for my 18 hour labor. The polka dot gown was perfect for when family came to visit the day after delivery. The snap shoulders were perfect for skin to skin and the back snaps have easy access for my epidural. Unlike some people said, I had no issues resnapping the shoulders when I was done breast feeding. The only thing I would suggest is that the manufacturer add a built in bra or some kind of lining, especially for the solid color gowns because they are thin and clingy and no one wants to wear a bra during L&D. I did wear a nursing sleep bra with the polka dot gown when we had visitors but if I was using it for L&D I wouldn't have bothered. I don't think you can beat this gown in terms of price and quality. I'm looking forward to wearing them as nursing gowns at home. ... show more

  • Definitely glad I had this for delivery
Size: Small-Medium Color: Amelia
I knew I wanted my own delivery gown (let's face it, hospital gowns are awkward, stiff, and way too lose) but the options are a little overwhelming. I finally chose this one, though since I looked at so many and read lots of reviews, I can't remember exactly why I chose this one over others. Probably a combination of good reviews, a decent price, and cute patterns. Cons: - not as soft as I expected, it's a little rough but definitely better than the hospital ones. Just not soft enough for me to want to wear much at home - the draw strings in the front are way too long, they get caught when I sit down, bend over, or when I am holding baby - there's one button on the backside that just won't stay buttoned. Not sure if this is a size issue or just a particular clasp that maybe is messed up Pros: - Super cute patterns - easily accessible for epidural, being checked by nurses/doctors, and breast feeding - as already mentioned, way better than the hospital gown. It fits better and is more comfortable I had a c section because baby was breech and wouldn't turn. So I had no choice but to wear the hospital gown for surgery (which also means I didn't have a messy labor/delivery in the gown so mine stayed nice and clean). I was sore and out of sorts the first night so I didn't change into this gown right away. But I fidgeted and pulled at the hospital one all night long, uncomfortable with how it kept falling off my shoulders, would get tangled between my legs, and was rough on my bare skin. I changed into my gown the next day and was immediately more comfortable and was able to sleep better. I got multiple compliments from the hospital staff on my gown, saying that it was cute and one of the more practical ones they have seen (easy for then to check you and take vitals). I had a few people, including the doctor before delivery and a friend who had a baby a couple months before me, that a delivery gown is unnecessary and I probably wouldn't use it (they both had one with them for their deliveries and didn't use them) but for me, it was totally worth it and I'm so glad I bought it and was able to change into it. It definitely made the rest of my hospital stay and recovery more comfortable. And anything that adds to your comfort after having a baby is definitely worth it in my opinion! ... show more
