Online Xmas shopping is a doozy, let's face it. We all do it though because... well... it's 2023 for starters. Secondly, ordering from the comfort of your home beats standing in line forever; next to some punk teens acting like fools or the local "Karen" throwing a stage 5 tantrum over being charged full price for an item that went on sale just 12 hours after she bought it, etc. Tis' the season... ugh. That being said, I bought my kiddo an IKEA Flisat table for Xmas, and because nothings convenient anymore, it of course didnt include chairs instead insisting they be ordered separately if needed. I researched children's table chairs for hours in hopes of finding something not only cheaper than, but more comfortable and durable than the Flisat matching stools IKEA recommended for over $25 a pop! Stools, yall! With zero back support (toddlers are unstable; always falling or tripping AND then crying over the faling or tripping -oh, so much crying... basically mini drunks. Whomever thought stools were a great match clearly is not a parent experienced in kissing boo-boos yet. I wish them nothing but a future full of midnight half asleep bathroom breaks involving stepping barefoot on piles of Legos while in route. Now they're learning, huh?) Even once I had finally decided upon this set, I was still not fully confident in my decision without being able to examine them in-person (see, touch, sample, etc). Now that I've had them for over a week, I realize I was wrong to doubt... THESE CHAIRS ARE AWESOME! They are not only absolutely adorable (we ordered the mint, exactly as pictured) but also more agreeable than I had expected. Even I have tested them out and they are nothing like your typical toddler/children plastic chairs we grew up with... the bottoms have a perfect indention so as to snug your butt in a manner that is very comfortable and would be easily tolerable if in situations requiring long sitting periods. Furthermore, the durability is impressive! I'm a 155lb woman. Sitting on a tiny plastic chair. It should have at least given me anxiety when I carefully and delicately shifted my weight upon it. Or at the very least, make a terrifying cracking noise indicating to me it was not cut out for big bettys like myself. Instead, it stood its ground allowing me to play alongside my child for over an hour. Well, done Battat! And the price is just an added bonus! Would definitely purchase again. I purchased these chairs in addition to the table and chair set. I am pleased with how they look. I wish the stickers that labeled the legs would have come off a little cleaner, it took some work to get the sticky residue off. My oldest, 3, fits in the chairs and still has room to grow and be comfortable. The chairs have almost a “scoop” shape which makes it great for my youngest, 1.5, to be comfortable in the chair as well. ... show more

Very good sturdy chairs. I bought them for my 4 and 6 year old girls to use at a desk. Might be better suited for slightly younger kids. So glad I got these! Love the style and they have a high back. They’re so cute and the mint color happened to match well. They’re a little tall for my 2 year old but she’ll have time to grow and use them for many years. My husband and I have been able to sit in them and they feel sturdy. I love the look of the chairs, but I do wish the were a few inches taller. Putting them together was pretty easy, but definitely an arm workout. I did have some issues when screwing the legs in and had to do it multiple times because the threads wouldn’t line up, so that was annoying. My daughter loves them and uses them for all sorts of things besides as a chair and they seem pretty durable. I would note though that she tends to fall out of them, mostly because she doesn’t sit properly in them but sometimes I think it’s do to the size/shape. ... show more

A fan of this brand. Already had the table and pink chairs. These two mint chairs perfectly compliment the table set. Super lightweight and moved around as needed. Easy to clean. Durable and stable (I'm using them on carpet). Still happy with this purchase months later. Definitely recommend.
