The desk is very sturdy, with one big exception... I did not like the large removable drawer. This large drawer was one of the reasons I bought this desk over other desks, to help me organize my stuff. But when I got it, I realized the bottom part of the desk was not sturdy at all, like the rest of the desk. It is made of a very thin material, like cardboard. What good is it to have a such a large drawer, if you cannot store heavy office supplies, such as printer paper, books, etc.? The company needs to fix this flaw and provide better support for the bottom part of the drawer. It was not easy to assemble this desk, as some of the pieces and screws were not labeled. In one case I had to get all the screws out of the plastic bag just so that I could count them to make sure they were the ones I needed to use (the manual says how many screws of each type are included), since they forgot to label them. ... show more

Nice open feel and love the way it enhances the look of open space in the room. Very functional with ample space for everything. Was easy to put together with 2 people and all pieces were present and in good shape. Very sturdy! Once put together it is super solid, does not move, shake or wobble. Love the screen placement shelf, much easier on my neck. Also love the outlet and charger ports on top of desk, they work great. The pull out large drawer is sturdy and has plenty of room. A little hard to roll out if you have thick carpet because it is independent on wheels and not attached to frame. There is plenty of leg room, and ample room if you like your computer chair elevated higher. Was a little worried it would feel cheap or flimsy, but pleasantly surprised. I bought this desk after looking hard for the right desk for the right price. Not only did this desk fit perfectly where I wanted it to go, it is a great desk for it's price. I tried IKEA and Costco, and they had similar but more simplistic models for about the same price. This particular model had a lot more going on than just a rectangular table with legs. The MDF board is extremely sturdy and as long as you don't get it too wet from drink condensation or spills, it will last a long while. So my suggestion is to get some coasters for your drinks. It comes with plenty of desk space for all your things. I only really have 2 complaints that are more niche in my opinion. First the wood for the highest landing is a little too thin for my monitor bases. It sits them just fine, but they hang over the edge on both sides just slightly. The second one is the drawer's ability to slide in and out. Instead of having the drawer be on a rail type system that most are, it instead are on rollers. This is fine and all and the drawer works as intended. There's just a slight annoyance when the caster wheels don't quite want to roll on my rug. That's about it. ... show more

The only reason I could not rate it with a full 5 stars was due to a missing part. However, the customer support team quickly resolved the issue by offering me a partial refund since the needed part was out of stock at the moment. When the package arrived, I eagerly unboxed my new office desk. The product itself exceeded my expectations; it was well-built, had a sleek design, and seemed to be of high quality. Setting it up was a breeze—clear instructions guiding me through each step. Unfortunately, upon inspecting the contents of the package, I noticed that a crucial part was missing. Disappointed but determined, I decided to reach out to the customer support team for assistance. I absolutely love this desk....it has given my den/office a wonderful new look. It is spacious, looks expensive, holds my printer, able to add 3 sets of 3 mesh shelving units where a computer tower would normally go, has three electric outlets as well as 2 computer outlets. It is everything I wanted to fill up a large space. It is 67 inches long so be sure to measure your space before purchasing. Not the companies fault but my unit was mishandled by which ever company delivered it (UPS or Amazon). I called Amazon before we opened the box noticing damage at each end of the box. Evidently it was carelessly dropped but rather than sending this huge box back we chose to open it and there was damage at each end of one of the front shelves. Before assembling the unit I once again contacted Amazon and I did receive some compensation after sending them pictures of the damage. I was able to place small bumpers to hide the damage at each end. So other than the poor delivery I love my new desk. ... show more

I almost past this up based on some of the reviews that I read. Happy that I didn’t! All parts and instructions received, and the desk was put together the same day it was received. I’m a lady, and I put it together alone. It took a little longer than I expected, but it looks great.
