    • An ergonomic product that is both high quality and durable.
These gymnastic rings are comfortable and I have not experienced any pain in my hands or wrists that is typically associated with traditional pull-up bards and dip stations. The rings and straps support the abuse of me doing hundreds of reps on them at 175 pounds with no signs of straining, wear, or tear. Once I understood how to set it up and use it properly, it is a breeze changing the heights for various exercises using the carabiners. It took around 20 minutes to wrap the rings, set up the straps, and adjust them so I could do my exercise comfortably. What I wish I knew before set-up: The instructions were easy to follow, but I do recommend watching a professionally made video on how to set up gymnastic rings like this one. Take time to space them close enough for support and to mitigate shaking, but far enough to avoid rubbing arms with the straps. This is also helpful for permanent set up since you want to get the spacing right before you tie any knots. I prefer to use the carabiners since I do different exercises that require different heights. I am ecstatic to have added this to my home gym at a fraction of the cost of traditional equipment. ... show more

This set of rings and straps are designed with your safety in mind. The designers took no short cuts just to make a profit. SAFETY: The straps and fasteners are far superior to other's on the web This package uses real carabiners as opposed to those cheaper 'heavy duty' plastic snap type. The straps' length markings are very large white numbers and the straps are 1.5 in wide, double layered and double sewn together every 4 inches. STITCHING : Most may not realize it, but there are particular sewing stitches and patterns that are required to be used in professional climbing gear, harnesses and belts etc. such as those used by a tree arborist. If you think about it, gymnastic rings bear the same varying weight loads - often very extreme but short moments of high stress (your body weight multiplied by at least as much as five times). To be sure, these straps use the same sewing stitches, patterns and shapes as professional climbing gear does. So, rest assured that the safety of your life is protected with these very high quality straps and carabiners. Mounted these on my power rack, I like that it uses actual carabiners for climbing to take on the weight. Feels durable, the fabric of the straps are a bit abrasive, need to wear something on my arms like a denim jacket.

Excellent product for what you pay. These rings have held up for a while for around 5 months without even a sign of wear aside from scuffs. Definitely worth the money. Only drawback is that you need a level surface like a tree trunk that has a long flat area on it.

These rings are fantastic! They aren't just for "gymnasts" as they are perfect for any style of workout. I use them for my HIIT workouts, stretching, core work and more! I love the numbers on the straps as that makes it easy to set up and make sure each strap is even. Other rings I have used do not have that. They come in a handy portable drawstring bag as these are a great fitness tool to take anywhere! Great product, great price! Recommend for sure! ... show more

    • RINGS THAT ARE SAFE AND ADJUSTMENTS THAT ARE SECURE/EASY
My physical therapist started me using his ring setup a couple of months ago. They're OK but the bite clamps always scared me, especially when in a position where a release would give you a nasty banged head. His set IS old but should the numbers on the straps be faded that much? The numbers on this set look very permanent. The clamps are just like climber's carabiners and they lock into slots between the double-layer straps. My PT is jealous. ... show more

The enumerated straps make adjusting a breeze, and the clips make it fast. The rings are pretty typical for rings I've used from other brands in the past, so no complaints there. I'm really happy with the straps most of all. They are very high quality and clearly stitched together with care. In my opinion, they are superior for home gym use to more expensive brand-name ring sets I've used, including Rogue. Super happy with them, and I suspect they'll last a very long time! ... show more
