In the past, I have purchased some garden flags that were very disappointing for one or more reasons, so I was a little hesitant about purchasing this one, but the sentiment on it brings tears to my eyes thinking of loved ones I have lost. I am also a bird lover, and Cardinals are perhaps my favourite songbird aside from Chickadees (of the ones that visit my area), so knowing I could return the flag if it was not up to snuff, I made a leap of faith and ordered it. I was very pleasantly surprised upon receiving it. This flag looks exactly like the photos. The colours are vibrant, and the stitching seems sturdy. The material is a decent quality, too. I am very pleased with this flag. I am considering purchasing more to give as gifts to friends who have lost someone. The wording on this flag is so comforting. We all want to believe that our loved ones have passed on to another, better world, and that we will be reunited with them some day, and this flag helps us to keep those hopes alive in our hearts. I will hang mine indoors since I no longer have a garden, but should I relocate to another property with space for a garden, I will definitely buy another one to create a memorial garden for my little girl who passed nearly ten years ago now. Bummer. All the pictures show this memorial fabric hanging on a pole but nowhere in the images does it say "pole hanger not included." It does say this in the written description which I missed. I will still give it to a friend who recently lost her husband. The pole costs another $8.99. It is a nice sized fabric with a beautiful saying. 4 stars just because I think it would be helpful to have this disclaimer in the images. ... show more
