Measurements given under the size guide are true to size! For reference, I am 5’0, 135 lbs, 36DD, ptp 19” and waist 16”, short torso and the Medium fit perfect. The quality is soft! It is comfortable enough to wear all day. It was really easy to slip on. I have gotten others that had a tan of tie strings and it was just not it. This was is so easy to put on. The price is not expensive at all. You get more for what you pay for. I got it in color black which is slimming! I recently had a baby and it hides all imperfections. Definitely recommend! To figure your size for bust, grab your favorite bra or blouse and take the measurement from under the sleeve across the chest to the other under sleeve. (armpit to armpit). For the waist, do the same! Grab your favorite fitting pants, lay them flat and measure from the edge of the waistband, across to the other!
