it's an adorable set. it is connected, you can't take the little "skirt" off but there is a thong you can. The thong is my reason for the 4 instead of 5 star. let's be honest and say they're probably not getting a lot of use but they were a huge pain to untangle when off. Probably took a good 5 minutes. I have gotten some lingerie with the recommended size for me and it's too small so I did go one size larger to be safe. it's a little loose but I like it better than risking things overflowing lol. it is overall really adorable though and I do feel so with it on.
