Awesome playhouse! I own an in-home childcare, and I purchased this item to make a "calm corner"/place for children who want to take a break. My little one-year-olds love lying down inside and playing at the little desk. My elementary school kids like taking a break and reading books inside the playhouse. I'd recommend you have at least 2-3 people to build this. The materials are of good quality and pretty sturdy. The only issue I've run into recently has been that my little ones have been able to pull out one of the rods with the beads. The beads are a choking hazard, so I was disappointed that it wasn't as secure. I've had it for about 2 years now, and I am still very happy with it. It was just the one rod that wasn't able to secure like the other rods. I'm sure you could put some super glue at the end of the rod to help secure it in place. I decided to take the loose rod out and leave it as it is. On that note, I would definitely recommend this item!

Really cute and big! But my daughter did get hurt she has autism and climbs on everything. it’s my mess up on my part for trusting the Velcro she would climb on top and sit on the edge and it fell before we could get here down. The cover is what fell and she came crashing down 😭

This is amazing and it was pretty easy to set up. I did it by myself, but I would say it is a two person job. A few things I added or had to do. 1. I noticed that the counting beads on the side …the dowels come off when you move them. They are loose so I just had to take hot glue. Any glue would work though and make sure that the dowel stayed in place. 2. My daughter is still little enough where chalk would make a huge mess so I bought a roll of chalkboard/magnetic sticker on Amazon and placed it on top of the original chalkboard so she could use magnets on it instead. Super easy to do especially before assembly. 3. Lastly, I did add the Melissa and Doug paper roll it fits perfectly on the desk. I also added big pillows for the inside for back support! Overall, this is great really nice product for the price

The size of the Avenlur Flair is great — it’s spacious enough for kids to play and looks adorable in the room. However, the quality of the wood is a major disappointment. The pieces are poorly sanded, and the wood is splitting in several areas. This is a serious safety concern, especially for a product meant for children. I really wanted to love this playhouse, but the rough and splitting wood makes it unsafe. Hopefully, the company improves the quality control, because the design itself has so much potential.

Such a great buy! Our 3-year-old loves having a space of her own, complete with a desk and chalkboard. It was easy to assemble (about an hour) and is very sturdy. Used daily and well worth the purchase

Super cute. I added the lights to dress up the space for my nearly 3 year old. You must be the chalk and board easer separately. I recommend a wet cloth (baby wipes). Absolutely beautiful. The pad has a bit of an odor. Hopefully it will fade over time. The tent is big enough for me, my kid, and her stuffed animals to fit (tightly). But, it is great to keep her toys out of sight. It didn't take long for my husband and I to put it together. You will need a Philips screw head to put in the chalk floating container. The padding is soft. I am sure she will love taking naps in her new hideout. 😄

My 18 month old loves to read his books in here. He enjoys playing hide and seek and hiding in his playhouse. The side desk area is great for art time. Overall great build, enjoys for independent time, creativity as well as reading time. Highly recommend!
