This shirt is very cute and I get compliments every time I wear it! The sleeves are almost a 3/4 length with elastic so they stay where you place them on your arms. It isn't cropped but a good length to tuck in or leave out without being bulky. It is a lighter weight shirt so good for all seasons.

Adorable shirt that's perfect for business casual office days, or even just out to lunch with a pair of jeans and sandals! The ruffles around the neck and wrists give it a bit of flair without being "too much". The pattern is cute and the color of blue is very complementary on most skin colors. I ordered a medium and it sits very comfortably I like it to be a bit flowy at work especially, and not too tight fitting so this was perfect! The quality of material is very nice and breathable, I live in Florida so even though it is long sleeved I am able to wear it on warm days and not feel suffocated. I would definitely recommend to anybody who likes the style!

Color: The color can always vary online vs. in person and this is one example. For the a gold/yellow color that appeared online, it is more of a brown/bronze in person. It's still pretty - just not what I expected. Quality: The material is really thin. If it were all white or a lighter color, I anticipate it would be see through. Size / Fit: I typically wear a size 6, S, or M for a shirt depending on the style and brand. I wear a 34D or 36C in bra and am 5'7". I purchased this in a small based on Amazon's recommended sizing, and think it was the right fit for me. A M would have been too big. The shirt is a little boxy (vs. fitted shape) and I found the chest area to be a little tight although it's not too bad. I don't think anyone else would notice and like it enough to keep it. Style: I really like the ruffled neckline and the 3/4 sleeves. It's a great shirt for the end of summer/beginning of fall. You can dress this up or down.
