I mounted these to a 90’s vehicle with headlights that are sufficient but nowhere near as bright as modern lights. They definitely supplement the high beams and bring them up to par with modern cars. I usually use the lights on white only, but the amber mode is helpful in bad weather since it doesn’t glare as much as white. Interestingly, these lights have a mode where you can run white and amber simultaneously which softens the color temperature to about the same as the regular headlights, only far brighter. There are also flashing modes which I don’t need but people who do road construction, lane closures, etc could make use of. All of the wiring is included and it all plugs in so you won’t need to cut or splice any wires. All you have to do is run the wires through your bodywork and connect to the battery. These lights are super bright and I feel much better being seen. I’m less crazy about the mounts and electrical plugs. One mount has already failed after a couple months, no doubt due to the vibration of my Moto Guzzi Stelvio, and due to defective design of the mount itself. The mount has nut retention bosses press into the mount. This leaves very little material as the mounts break at this bosses. The lights come with a wiring harness with quick connect plugs. I broke one futilely trying to get it apart. Maybe greasing the connectors would help. The lights are awesome though. Improve the mounts and connectors and I’d give these lights 5 stars. Update: I contacted the seller and they sent me a complete set of replacement mounts. Before installing though, I will get rubber washers to help with vibration. ... show more

Installed on my 2020 RG. Fairly easy to install. The light cords are very long. Lights are aimed just slightly down to not blind drivers. So yeah very bright. Works as described. Only wish I had found some just like these with a dimmer switch. Really like having them.
