abunda_amazon_reviews Good lights but I had to dock a star for the long term usage issues that are slowly cropping up. I got these last summer and they have been working great for the last 6 months, but recent torrential rains have revealed a less than perfect seal of the housing of one of my lights. One of the lights has now accumulated condensation and it would appear that no amount of time, heat, or operation will clear it on its own. I'll try contacting the manufacturer about the defect and update my review accordingly, but the second reason I'm not giving a perfect five star review is due to the fact that the paint seems to fade pretty quickly compared to similar lights from Rigid Industries. Altogether, these are bright and inexpensive lights with a few shortcomings in the build and quality control. They're quite blinding even outside of the designated beam pattern, so I recommend these for off-road use only as you may attract unwanted attention from police if you were to use them daily. I'll update this review with any updates after I've contacted the manufacturer about the problem I'm having. Would I recommend them? Yes, if you don't mind having lights that may wear out quickly, but at the price, you could replace them several times before you approach the cost of the competitor's version. Is it worth it? Perhaps, but for an off-road vehicle that will regularly sustain damage from the trail, I'd say the low cost is a welcome benefit of these little gems.;;Reviewed in the United States on February 15, 2017;;4.0 out of 5 stars;;Good lights, but need better quality control;;Lancelot;;/gp/customer-reviews/RTQSIOYLB13Q2/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B01FHP2E8S;;;Until I get some back woods photos, this one will have to do. The housings have a built in slot that is supposed to hold the nut while you tighten the mounting Allen screw. But, as soon as you start to tighten the screws, the nut comes out of the slot. So it’s impossible to fully tighten the Allen screws without using a small open ended wrench to hold the nut. However, I was able to find a work around. These SUCK ASS
I was looking forward to getting these after reading all the great reviews. I wired them up to my ATV with the AUXBEAM wiring harness I ordered, flipped the switch, and......was totally disappointed. These lights put out less lumens and light then walking around with a damn candle in your hands. I have had a ton of different lights and lightbars. These cubes are by far the worst. I didn't think it was possible to sell something that puts out this little amount of light. Its a dim purplish light that is magnified with a crappy magnifying lens that produces a horrible beam and dispersion. Typical Chinese crap. BUYER BEWARE. You will be more happy by duct taping a dollar store cheapo flashlight to whatever project you are putting lights on then buying these things.

Good Value, Could be a Lot Better
Overall, I love these LED pods! I installed them on my 2012 Ram 2500 as Fog Light replacements. They have more of a spot pattern than a flood pattern but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing in my application. It almost seems like each LED has a projector that has a cutoff. When aimed correctly, they don’t blind oncoming drivers. I really only have one complaint. I went to Home Depot and got some washers and used them. With the washers on, the nut stays in the slot and allows you to tighten the mounting screws properly. In my opinion, the kit should probably come with some washers. Regardless, the product is still very good and I would recommend them. Will update this review after I have used them a while. UPDATE (13 MAR 2020): 1 of the 4 pods I orders started leaking and always has condensation residue inside the housing. Also, if you plan on using these in colder climates, the pods do not generate enough heat to melt snow/ice that builds up on them.

very well built, very bright and doesn't require a power supply, as it runs off the same voltage as everything else on my bike. 6 month Update The little magnifying plastic thats inside the light came off, because the screw used to hold it is so short the threads somehow stripped (while being ridden) so now the light has 0 ability to light anything Im going to have to try to find a way to glue the plastic down or re tap the hole and try to find a longer more suitable screw I suspect that if they hadn't used a screw and went with an actual small Allen bolt it wouldn't have fallen off but anywho

Great output but not very durable
I mounted both lights onto my dirtbike for use as headlights. When i first mounted them the light output was impressive with a decent beam pattern and they were pretty easy to mount and wire. However, after only a few weeks the one light is broken and the projector on the inside is bouncing around freely. It makes for an annoying view on the road of the one ligt beam bouncing and i can only imagine how it affects on coming traffic. Im hoping this is just a fluke and not a common occurance with my light.

I assembled one pair and the bracket and bolt went together easily, the other set
I expected the lights to be a bit brighter. But for $36 a pair I'm not surprised. Quality control isn't tight, I assembled one pair and the bracket and bolt went together easily, the other set, the bolt could only be threaded in a little crossed. If you need serious light, get Baja or Rigid. If you are in a budget and need something to work / look ok.... maybe pick these. Update: One of these leaked after a hand car wash. Been on the car for 3 days.
