Recently I suffered a low back injury to say I broke my back. At the time I had on jeans. The waistband rubbed against the injury and made it unbearable. I started wearing short shifts under an oversized sweatshirt to the doctor's office. But since temperatures are dipping I needed sweatpants. I found these sweatpants .Even though they didn't have petites, I ordered regular medium. Of course, they were too long however with elastic band I was able to pull them up above my waist. You could say they were high waters on me. At least they aren't sitting and rubbing on my compressed back injury. I found the waistband to be stretchy. Also very roomy and comfortable. So, I am well pleased that I ended up ordering two more pairs!

The color is perfect. The pants fit me perfectly and are comfortable. I bought them because they look kind dressy for doctors appts and such when is very cold. The only complaint I have is that the pants were jammed into a very small plastic bag which caused them to arrived so deeply wrinkled. I washed/dry them. The wrinkles won’t come off. Tried ironing them. I am afraid to damage them with heat. I resorted to using them just for walking around my neighborhood. Perhaps after a few washes the wrinkles might relax. I’d buy again but I’m afraid they’d be packed the same way.

Just for any of the few that might be interested this does not match the sweatshirt sold by the same seller The color is slightly off The sweatshirt is awesome but the pants are just so-so and I find that these are extremely smaller in the waist if that helps anyone I purchased a medium and I am typically a size 6 to an eight but found them awkwardly fitting. All of these were comfortable and the fabric was nice I just found that the fit was off for me. They were a medium size weight and felt like they would be pretty warm for the winter here in New York. But I am returning them just the same.

I love the color and the fabric of the pants, but the sizing is weird. I wear a medium and got a medium, but the waist is tight and the the crotch rides up. It's like it's not wide enough in that area and it's uncomfortable. Debating whether to go a size up or not.
