An umbrella is one of those items that we have to replace every so many years. Because of that, I look for good quality, but affordable ones. I opted for the 62 inch arch size with the 52 inch diameter. I didn't want a ginormous one and this size works for me and the hubby (and maybe a kid or two if we are feeling generous 😂). One thing I really like is the automatic open function. Just simply push a button and magic. That's really handy not to have to struggle when you have crazy weather that can go from it being sunshine to a heavy downpour with strong winds in a blink of an eye. Speaking of wind, this umbrella has this vented canopy system that allows wind to pass through without warping the umbrella. It stays upright and in the shape of an umbrella. Trust me, they don't all do that. It's definitely a really nice umbrella for the price. We have already used several times in high winds and heavy rain and it's held up. Yes, we kept the kid dry. 🤷♀️😂

It's as big as an advertises and does a great job. My only complaint would be that the strap is very flimsy and breaks easily so if you have a way to reinforce it or stitch it better that would help. Other than that it does a great job
