Just started using this but it seems to work perfectly. Defaults the auto stop/start to off with the dash light on. If you want the feature on, the button still works. Install takes about two minutes.

First of all this does exactly what it says don’t believe the other 1 stars. I have a 24 Tundra. Yes this disabled the auto start/stop function. Yes the auto start/stop light comes on to say it’s disengaged as it would if I pressed the button. The two cons of this are: there are no directions on how to install the product. I had to find a YouTube video of something similar but not exact to this product install. And two if you use the remote start and/or start and stop your truck to then restart it within 40sec of stopping the module will not disable the start stop you have to press the button then. Not a big deal just more knowledge since they did not put much on here for information. Thrilled with the product. Only took 5min to install into the truck. And so far works perfectly as I need. Couldn’t ask for more for a cheap plug and play fix to the dumb start/stop function. ... show more

    • Don't waste your money
This is a waste of money. The vehicle already has a button to turn on and off the auto start feature. Was under the impression that this would disable it and no yellow autostop light on the dash. If you're too lazy to hit the button to turn off the start stop feature then buy this product. If you don't want the yellow off indicator on in the dash then this is not the right product ... show more

    • Works but understand..
Initially Did not work on my 2024 Tundra Limited. After ordering a replacement I had similar results. What I found is that the truck has to be off for at least 30-60 seconds for the module to reset and be ready for another cycle. If you stop your vehicle and re-start within 15-30 seconds, the module will not turn off the auto start/stop feature. This works as intended as kind as the vehicle has been off for an average amount of time before restarting ... show more

Works perfectly. No more pushing annoying button every time. Eliminates truck from shutting off for braking too hard at stop sign. Now if only the annoying light would go away. No big deal, the light is out of view anyway. Thanks again.
