Luckily, it is stretchy enough that I could step in and pull it up. I'm 5'2.5" tall and usually wear an XS, so I ordered a size S, based on the size chart. I'd say it fits true to size. It was a tad roomy on me, but I was able to tie it tightly enough to make it work. The fabric is lightweight and comfortable, and the color and print are pictured, and I appreciate the fact that it doesn't seem to wrinkle easily. It was a great choice for a warm Spring day. A very pretty dress that fit great. Neckline was not too low and it was very comfortable fit. My only disappointment was because it is printed fabric, when you tie the bow at the side of the dress the back side of the fabric shows.
