The bike shipped with the nuts and bolts spread throughout the box loose, no containment for them. The axle shaft that holds the drive gears is bent and won't hold the chain. The engine seems to run well, but it does us little good without a drive axle. The customer service follow up on this has been a complete fail. They said they are shipping replacement parts but gave no timeline, no indication if they know which parts I actually need, have asked no questions about the issue and have gone dark in communications.
