Larger than I wanted but cute

I've been losing weight for about a year and a half. Now all my clothes are way too big and hang off my body, looking horrible. I don't have a lot of money to just keep buying clothes, so I was waiting until I got closer to my goal weight. Now that I am, the hunt begins. Since we can't try clothes on in the store, I'm going to try to do it for us and give you as much information as I can. Money is tight, so every decision is a big one. My history: I was about 260 at my heaviest. All the clothes I bought were loose-fitting on me most of the time. I'm not used to clothes that are formfitting, tight, or fit correctly. I'm finding that I love the way they look and feel, but I'm not used to the restriction that they cause, like the restriction in the arm and shoulder area of some of the blouses. I need to get used to that. So, keeping all that in mind, my measurements are: 160lbs, 5ft 4in, bust 44, band 37, waist 40, hips 43 (or the biggest part of my tummy & butt), neck 15, head 22, arm length 22. That's all the numbers I can think of. Right now, I have a lot of loose skin, so I'm wearing shapewear in all my pictures except for the bra. I have one bra right now that fits decently, but it's a textured bra (bulky lace), and it's big in the cup, which enhances the texture of the bra you might see on the outside of the blouse. So, if you notice that in the breast area, it's not the blouse; it's my bra. I added pictures to help you see the fit, but please ignore my face in some of the images. It was hard to hold the selfie stick, and I am new to all of this. I got the X-Large, and I like the way it fits. It's not as form-fitting yet it still looks flattering, which is a welcomed change. This tunic is now my go-to when I'm hoping to elevate a casual fall look. The deep, rich red wine color is striking. What's neat about this tunic and surprised me is the fabric around the neckline and the cuffs. It's completely different from the rest of the tunic and seems to come out of nowhere. It's so much thicker than the shirt and very stretchy. The only thing that comes to mind when trying to describe it is elastic suspenders. I've never seen anything like that on a blouse before, but it's interesting and gives the tunic a sophisticated elegance. It's a great standalone blouse, but layered under a sharp white jacket would easily dress it up to business casual. A lot can be done with this tunic. The tunic is very well made. The material is thick and feels durable. The stitching looks incredible and is expertly done, so I know I won't find the dreaded loose thread that will unravel the entire top if it gets away from me. I appreciate the tiny size tag that I don't notice at all while wearing it. It's a wonderful tunic, and I think $15 is a good price. In a department store, I would be paying a lot more for something similar.
