.included games are decent but With Coinopsx games added, you cant beat the capabilities of this machine compared to their competition. Decent online community. Only issue I had was with Fed Ex beating the crap out of the box. the unit is very well packaged, not sure what else atgames could do to protect the unit really.     • Great system, when you add a little saUCE.
Arrived a day earlier than expected, took about 45 min to assemble. The joysticks could be a little tighter, bit thats easily fixed. But once you add that special CoinOpsX saUCE, this machine comes alive like Johnny 5.

    • Nice looking, but has problems
I got mine in January of 2021. right out of the box, it had bad audio lag problems. AtGames denied the problem. The monitor has dead pixels, and AtGames would not replace the monitor. Not even a year and a half after purchase, the control deck stopped working entirely. I'm not at all happy about having to re-log into my account after every fifth off-line session. Also not thrilled about the dog-and-pony nonsense in which you have to pay a fee in order to play your own games remotely from a PC, or upload your own games to their server in order to play them, and don't forget, you have to pay a fee to do that. At least you can use CoinopsX on an SD card, and play those games locally, without paying a fee. Seems to me that something costing over half a grand should work a lot longer than a year and a half. Pretty sure it's either the USB port failing in the PCB, or the encoder board in the control deck that's failed. Power still comes up, and the cabinet loads into it's operating system, but you just can't play anything on it, anymore. I did like that you could replace the stock backlit marquee with either an LCD, or LED marquee for dynamic marquees. Looked very cool. I did open a ticket, but I doubt AtGames will replace whatever's failed. Not happy about that. Also, I'm not at all thrilled about the "bolt-on" side graphics. They looked awful, and flapped in the breeze , bubbling, and waving, here and there. I finally just took them off, and left the cabinet dressed in basic black. It was cool that this cabinet came with 300 games, and flipper buttons for the pinball type games. The trackball and spinners worked nicely, and were a nice touch. ... show more

I couldn't be more thrilled to own this beauty of a machine. Much cheaper and cost effective than buying arcade 1 up machines. I love the lighted Marque, 24 inch LCD screen and true full size dimensions! Comes with 300 preloaded games but this bad boy brings the fire when you add a coin ops x usb. Now I can enjoy all of the old school arcade classics on one machine for $500!! AMAZING!!! ... show more

This is one of the most well-built game controller decks I have ever seen on an arcade with the exception of the HDMI and USB inputs oh, those are an absolute nightmare. I bought my Legends ultimate from the actual company. The software is what you would call boring oh, some of the game selections are not really impressive. It's better to use coin-ops arcade and use the control deck to control it. As you can see in the photo they decided to put the USB and HDMI controls right in front of the game control which is an idiotic idea it just gets in the way. Don't take my word for it go back and look at any other actual arcade system and you will not find this design anywhere because it just doesn't make any sense. Other than that you will see a few upgrades every now and then and it plays okay oh, you have to do some adjustments over time. But the Atari 2600 games inclusion just doesn't make any sense oh, it's an arcade machine not really a console machine ... show more

    • Firmware Updates Never Tested - Breaks Machine
Cheaply made product. Company releases firmware updates that fix one issue and then break another. Your only means of contact is email. If support isn't having a bad day, you MAY get an answer. Otherwise don't count on it. You try to contact them via Facebook and you get blocked and never supported again. My $700 machine broke from one of their updates, support refuses to help, so now I have to junk the machine. Unacceptable way to treat customers ... show more

    • DO NOT BUY - NO CUST PHONE NUM - NEVER HAS WORKED - THEY TAKE A WEEK TO RESPOND TO EMAILS
NEVER WORKED! The board never worked, I sent an email with all the requirements they wanted and it took a week for them to reply. By the time your third email goes back and forth the warrenty is over, with them, and they just want more money. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER! I AM WARNING YOU NOT TO BUY THIS. Through my research I have seen that the CTR board NEVER works. I have 4 other stand up retro arcade games and have never had such poor service. ... show more
