On delivery the package was missing the magnetic screen protector/stand. I reached out and was immediately sent the missing piece. Good on them for getting it to me right away but that’s something that shouldn’t have even happened in the first place. I’ve used this aggressively now for well over a year day in and day out carrying it in my work bag. The on board sound is dismal at best but easily fixed with a decent headset. From the start I’ve had connectivity issues with the HDMI cable. The connection the screen itself is horrible and I’d be forced to ‘jiggle’ it around to ensure connectivity. Well it finally just gave out. Hopefully the replacement cable will stand up to the challenge. Connecting to my phone is also a challenge. I would frequently have to disconnect/reconnect because it would freeze up. All this aside I’ve been mostly pleased with this monitor because of the amount of abuse I’ve put it through backpacking it around everyday on 12 hour shifts. The tripod stand is absolutely solid! Would I buy this again? Meh… I’m not sure. I thought the price overall was a bit steep.

I'm returning this. There's no point to this product, many laptop screens are superior. The specs are misleading, no g-sync without displayport - and the DP is usb-c ONLY, which is not connected to the GPU even in the relatively few laptops that support it! It's unacceptable to make a gaming monitor of any kind that doesn't have displayport, period. If the monitor featured HDR that might have saved it - the picture quality is very good. But as it is nobody needs this product - if you have a gaming laptop your screen is likely already comparable in practically available features. High refresh rates are not useful without adaptive sync, which will be difficult for most to actually use.

The monitor is great, nothing wrong with it, build with high quality, the image is sharp, the refresh rate is just as advertised. However, I would not recommend buying this monitor in this renewed condition from this Azusa - IoT for one reason: missing components: -Although it is 60$ cheaper, and the screw hole in the back of the monitor shows sign of scratch into the paint, I do not mind since it is stated to be renewed. However, the smart case missing the original chargers + 5 region-specific interchangeable pins ( yes, the swap it out for a standard Asus phone charger). Missing that many components and some minor scratches in the monitor in exchange for 60$ are not good. I am personally upset that among all the things, the smart case is missing (which seem ironic since this monitor is advertised as a portable one, and in need of a case to protect it when traveling) Just don't be cheap like I did and buy a new one from Asus if you are already intended to buy this monitor ( niche market) monitor 9/10 but missing components - especially the smart case - 3/10

Very disappointed that the quality control of eTechtronics was such that the item that arrived was Dead On Arrival. I spent time second guessing myself (not that the setup is complicated) and then contacting the Asus customer support folks by phone. They were thorough and we tried two different (really good) laptops (to verify it wasn't that). Moreover, the AC adapter was missing from the package as was instructions. I downloaded the instructions from the Asus site. All in all, a poor way to try to save a lousy $40 over what could be purchased brand new at other major electronic retailers. Buyer beware. You have been warned. Perhaps you'll have better luck than me. Perhaps not. Paul

I’ve had this monitor only 9 months and the mini HDMI input is shorting out. The c input does not work. This was a lot of money to spend for a chincy monitor. I attempted to contact seller and got no response. Don’t waste your money!!!

Came with a tripod as described but missing the plate that attaches to the monitor. Case shoulder straps are missing. Also missing Asus charging brick which was replaced by a generic used brick. Missing boxes stickers and manuals. Advertised as full package, with tripod. Decided to return because discount isn’t enough value for the items missing.
