    • Poor attention to detail refurb item
This refurbished product came with an incompatible IO plate and a broken piece despite being "good condition". The seller will not acknowledge incompatible io plate and also took a full week to ship the item. Product functions but seller will be avoided in the future.

Like durability of this product except for the onboard interface to the case audio connectors. Stayed solid even though it was difficult to "shoehorn" into a mini-ITX case.

    • Buyer beware.
The description omits important info. 1) Mobo does not come with full accessories I/E. NVME retention spacer (m.2 package) for low height SSD. Only 1 retention spacer but is does not work on the back NVME as it tilts the SSD and is safety issue. No panel extension cable, no rcb extension cable but all are showed on page as listed as part of the package. 2) The I/O shield is a silver blank and is not what is show on page. The Mobo it self looks fine and am pending to test but this is a misleading seller. ... show more
