First off, let me say that i was extremely nervous and almost anxiety ridden ordering from a third party, especially with the price being so high with regard to the price of what it's advertised at Best Buy and other retailers for. I had really been wanting one for some time and finally decided to get one. I wanted more storage than the 512GB I came with, found this seller advertising that it was a 2TB option. I knew that it could be a bad deal, fake, scam, etc. But I had a few communications with the seller who said the item was brand new but had been upgraded. They advised it was a WD 2TB SSD swap. I gave it a go and.... It arrived this morning in a factory box, with all the parts and accessories that it should come with still in factory wrap and packaging, the device packaging had been opened to swap the SSD over. I know I could have done it with some help from YouTube but I have some major health issues and knew that while I could do it, I'd feel more comfortable having some experienced it. The Asus ROG Ally retails for $700 and for $200 more depending on the brand of SSD plus install. That seemed fair. Powered it up, updated, checked yep 2TB of storage space and brand new conditions. I'd say it was fair. Haven't played anything on it due to updates and setup but I'm perfectly happy with this purchase. ... show more
