This laptop is small enough to tote along with you anywhere. Battery life is untouched by larger more powerful laptops but unless your a gamer, multi tasker or photo editor this pc handles the basics like a champ. absolutely would recommend. I would have bought a laptop with more cpu and storage but for the price point this really does what I need and doesn't break the bank. Ideal for school work or web browsing and etc. Does a decent job on Youtube or netflix. Sure the colors aren't jumping from the screen but at this price point it is as good or better than most other laptops. ... show more

Touch screen barely worked, took 2 plus hours to install chrome due to how slow it is. This is a false advertisement of a laptop sale. Beware of this item and any seller choosing to sell it

For the money and the fact that I’ll be writing on it mostly it’s fine. The main reason I got it was compact design and it had 2 USB ports plus a supposed SD slot too. Well upon opening there is no SD slot. It has a microphone/headphone Jack, 2 usb and a usb c, plus hdmi. So, to expand my immediate space I have to use cloud or usb. Not ideal when I was given an extra SD card with the purchase. I bought an external hard drive with more capacity to alleviate my problem. Once I installed two programs I utilize regularly to do my job, it was close to capacity so the drive is a must. It did come with Windows 11 which works well so far. Edge which I’m not a fan of, and some bloat ware like 360. The free year of 365 is nice but I already pay for it so oh well. I haven’t tried to use the touch screen at all. I’m not a fan of tablets. The lay flat design doesn’t matter to me. Here’s a thought Asus, advertise exactly what it has and don’t lead consumers to believe it can be expanded with a micro SD. Would I buy again. Not likely if my storage needs change. I don’t like having to be online all the time. For an extra 100 I could’ve gotten an extremely capable HP with a minimum of 500gb of internal storage. Oh and this came in a box the size of a 32” tv with very little to keep this little laptop in its ASUS box from bouncing around. Amazon packaged it haphazardly as usual. ... show more

I had to send this back cause the battery died, or something did that made it stop working. But they were very nice and helped me return it since it died on me. I had to pay a restocking fee, but I'm sure it was a very nice funeral.
