I have use Astroglide on all cotton tampons for bladder control. I use with probiotic called Luvena. Daily use for eight years allows me to avoid using diapers and I can go out in public with no problem. Usually leave in 8 to 12 hours. Have had not bladder or vaginal infections in that time.
