I've been looking for a wide zero-drop "sneaker" with a full rubber outsole for ages. I've been a Lems customer for years. The Lems IBR outsoles are fantastic for being lightweight, but not so good for long term durability. I gambled on these shoes after seeing several video log reviews. They are a third the price of comparable Lems shoes, so it was a gamble. The quality was absolutely amazing out of the box. They included a set of extra laces for both shoes, a set of Asitvo arch support insoles (orthopedic) in addition to the shoes themselves. They fit perfectly in my normal size, and the cushioning was just amazing. Aside from loosening the laces on both shoes to get a proper fit for each foot, that was all that was needed before they were ready to go. Very solid for walking, and gym usage. Everything about the shoes suggests high quality in the manufacturing process. I did not find a single defect in the shoes. For the money, I don't see a better value for a zero drop shoe. I would not call this shoe "barefoot", or "minimalist" because of the weight involved in the shoe, but it is zero drop. The simplest way to describe it is a zero-drop sneaker on par with standard footwear, which is exactly what I was looking for!

I just received these. The zero drop idea is totally contrary to my idea of what I should be wearing for back pain, but I saw a video and it made some sense. The packaging is nice. Extra laces and a second set of insoles with more arch support. The fit seems true to size. I wish they offered half sizes. They are comfortable and have a bare foot feel. They appear to be well made. I'll report later on how my back likes them when I go walking.

Starting with the bad news: I ordered a size 9 (42) and they sent me a size 8.5 (41.5). The shoe box was marked size 9 so this is a screwup somewhere in the vendor's supply chain. Fortunately they aren't a returned/used item...everything looked new and was packaged nicely. They kinda fit my size 9 wide and high-arch feet, so I haven't decided to return them or not. Minus 1 star for that error. The good news: I bought these as a more stable shoe for the gym (lifting, rowing machine, etc) and I'm happy with that. The sole is absolutely minimalist, probably 1/4" thick and flexy. So things like leg press feels really stable. They're comfortable for wear-around-the-house shoes, but I don't see myself trail-running in them. You'd have to already be a 'barefoot' oriented runner to run in these. The molded-in plastic bits provide slightly more support around the arch, and I'm really happy with the heel cup (nice and stiff). The sole provides good traction, and there's enough height around the edges to keep your feet dry if you're walking through puddles or mowing a wet lawn. I like the style, as opposed to always wearing running shoes around all day. Pricing is a little higher than I expected for a Chinese shoe I might otherwise find on Aliexpress. Bonus: They included spare insoles for higher arches. They are trim-to-fit so I haven't tried them yet. 3-months later: I returned the 8.5 to size 9, and these fit nicely (true to size). I was excited I'd be able to bump up to 5-stars, but the new set of shoes have a cosmetic problem. It seems that where the plastic parts of the uppers cement into the rubber sole, they create a discoloration that's a purple color (per the photo). Really lame. The first pair I received didn't have this problem. So I can only assume this was a manufacturing process difference that could be batch-related. Some kind of chemical/adhesive reaction.

I have been considering getting a wide toebox shoe for a long time. I have a morton's neuroma (or a couple) in my left foot. Even regular wide width mens shoes don't work well for me. I am a very active mom in my mid 30s, so it has bothered me that I haven't been able to find an athletic shoe that actually feels comfortable. I decided to try these because they said they are mens width and have the wider toe box, and I personally like the zero drop for my foot and for working out. Most of the time, I order a mens 9.5 to attempt to get more room for my foot. I ordered the 9.5 and it was too big, so I returned those for my regular size, 9 in mens (10.5 in women's), and they fit great. I kind of wonder if I could go down another half size, but I decided not to. They allow the wides part of my foot to have plenty of space and not feel like the shoes are pushing in on the sides, and yet the shoe feels stable to me. If you are looking for something with a thick sole, this is not it. Definitely a true zero drop/functional shoe. I also bought this brand's training shoe, which I am happy with (and also fit the same - went with my normal size 9 mens). This version however is definitely more of a walking shoe. The sides aren't as sturdy as the training shoe... but I figure that is because this one is made for more light work/walking. Love the color! Matches our school and team colors and they don't look like ugly off-brand shoes. Can't beat the price either. Overall happy with the puchase!

I dont think ive ever wanted to right a review faster than when I put these shoes on. They've been on my feet for 60 seconds and I instantly knew I needed to come right a 5 star review. These are ridiculously comfortable. They come with 2 pairs of insoles, 1 being some that have arch support and i decided to put those in because they felt to me like they'd be mkre comfortable and I was definitely right! Im sure the other insoles are great too and ill definitely try them out. But for the price of these you absolutely can not go wrong! I recently bought a different brand that sells a same style show as what these are advertised to be and while those ones were also similarly priced and are comfortable as well, these feel like i decided to buy the "expensive" option, if you get what I mean by that. Like when you have the opportunity to try out the knockoff version of something and the real deal that costs at least 2 or 3 times the price. These feel like I bought the expensive version. And they look great! Definitely happy with my purchase, 10/10 would recommend

Out of 5 stars I'd give them a 3. I had a broken pinty toe that is healing on my left foot so I needed a shoe that had a wide toe area so that my toes wouldn't be compressed so I thought I'd try these. they come with an extra pair of arch supports, & an extra pair of shoe laces which is great. The shoes are a bit lighter than I expected & feel a bit flimsy but I guess that is the minimalist part of the shoe. who knows how long they will last but I have been wearing them for about 2 weeks & they are decently comfortable when walking around for casual wear. I would not wear these while running or walking on uneven slippery surfaces while hiking or anything like that because of the minimal feel & sole traction

I originally received a pair of these for Christmas so I couldn’t review them until I bought another pair. I was able to buy a smaller size than normal because the width of my foot actually fits in them. I cannot believe how good they are for the price. I’ve been wearing my original pair, every day for 3 months now and they still fit the the same, the function the same, and if I cleaned them they would look the same. Before I started wearing these I would have pretty intense heel pain at night. I’ve tried everything. Expensive shoes, vibrating rollers. From stretching to Cortizone shots. Nothing touched the pain. Wearing these every day means my feet are pain free at the end of the day and more importantly first thing in the morning. They are also surprising functional. I have yet to slip on anything, even wet floors, and a metal roof. They also look good! I wear them everywhere and nobody knows I’m wearing special shoes because my heel hurts! I bought this pair just to make this review and just in case they stop making them. BEST SHOE EVER
