This is a very comfortable pair of shoes, for a good price. They don't have a ton of arch support, so if you're looking for that you would likely need inserts, but they are nice and and breathable, and have good general comfort. My most important note is they seem to run small. I'm generally always an 8.5 in Asics, but I had to order a 9 in order for these to fit well.

I’ve tried all kinds of running shoes in my years as a runner, and still come back to ASICS every time. This particular model serves my flat feet well. Comfortable and cushioning is great without being bulky or excessive. Really great price point too compared to other brands. I’m a casual runner, maybe 5-10 miles a week, and these are just the ticket for my shorter-distance runs.

This is a good quality pair of shoes but I decided to return them. I bought both GT-2000 10 and GT-1000 11 for comparison. For me, I prefer GT-1000 11 but others may prefer GT-2000, so I'm still giving GT-2000 5 stars. My comparisons and why GT-1000 11 works better for me: 1. Width: GT-1000 is narrower than GT-2000, and feel more "glove like" for my medium width and low volume feet. If you have wider feet, GT-2000 probably feels better. 2. Sole Padding: GT-1000 feels more fluffy and padded than the GT-2000. GT-2000 padding feels more firm and stiff. GT-1000 11 feels a bit higher off the ground than GT-2000 10. Caveat--In general I don't like stability shoes because they're stiff. I'm in between neutral/overpronate. In fact, my favorite <5K running shoes are Nike Free Run 2018 (very low padding). BUT, I would like to rotate with a pair that has more padding. GT-1000 fits my need without being too stiff or with too much stability support.

Great feel and great support. I ordered a 9.5 after reading the reviews. It fits comfortably for day to day running but I wouldn't wear them for a marathon because they don't have much room for foot expansion. I would order one size up for theat next time. Otherwise I love the look and feel.

On probably my 5th pair of Asics GT series through the years; they are my go-to running shoes. I ran through my last pair during marathon training; held up better and were more comfortable than a more expensive NB model when I switched between pairs. Great arch support even for my flat feet! The only thing was that I wish the front of the shoe didn't look so wide; I bought a normal width and the design changed a bit so that it looks more bulbous. But that is purely aesthetic, the shoes are crazy comfortable even for my long runs.

These are beautiful shoes and I wish they had worked for me. The length and width seem to be spot on for size 12 regular width. The upper is a bit low. I have medium/high volume feet and these seem to be designed for someone with low and medium/low volume feet. The sole was comfy but I was not able to get the upper comfortable against the top of my foot. Sadly I have to return these beautiful shoes. but comfort is more important than pretty with running shoes.

I love this shoe. I got a 5.5 WIDE. This sizing combination is hard to come by that it felt so good to have them on my feet. I use them for walking, biking, boating and they are so comfortable I might just stock up in case I wear out my current ones.
