I’ve worn the ASICS 2000/GT-2000 model for 25 years and have ALWAYS worn a size 8.5 (medium/regular width), but I had to go a half size down to a size 8 in this GT-2000 10. Upon receiving the size 8.5 from this Amazon page, they looked big (length and width of toe box), and upon trying them on, the length (and possibly the width in the toe box) indeed felt big. Before returning them, I went to a local store to try on an 8 1/2, and it was the same. I also then tried on an 8 in that store to compare, and it fit much better (was not too tight); so, I did send the 8.5 back to Amazon and reordered in an 8, and indeed the 8 fit better like the 8 in the store. Toe box wasn’t really an issue anymore, but after running in them a few times (3-4 miles at a 9:30/mi pace), forefoot does seem to have a little less padding than previous models but not enough of an issue for me to reject the shoe. Still a great shoe and LOVE the colors and variety of color options of the GT-2000 10s versus the GT-2000 11s, which are yuck IMO.

ASICS are absolutely the only shoes I can wear but if you’ve been wearing them for years you know that they keep changing them which is beyond frustrating. These shoes however fit just like the classic gels and are the perfect according to whatever your normal sizing is. This is the second pair in a different color but the same style that I’ve bought because I love them so much! The colors are very true to what you would expect from the pics as well.

I was a little nervous at what the quality would be when I only paid 60 for them, but it was asics brand. They arrived very stiff and pretty comfortable and seem like a durable shoe. I have a job where I stand a lot, and the first time my heels hurt, but I think that was because of the stiffness from being new because the 2nd time I wore them they were fine the whole day. I received these shoes one day after ordering them. They are exactly what I had bought at a local shoe store for twice the price. I was stunned and pleased to find them on Amazon for so much less. They are good quality walking shoes.

They are exactly as pictured. I love ASICS, they are the most comfortable shoes for those who are on their feet a lot, and those who run. They are generally expensive, but I bought these on sale, and I received them early. I have been wearing men shoes since I was in high school. I am SO happy that I finally have a cute pair of women's shoes. I am thankful for ASICS making bigger sizes for women, when so many other companies only go up to 11US. My feet are still growing, but I know that I will be able to find a 13US when I need it.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable and look great. I am very pleased with the amount of support that they offer. I am a usually a 7 in shoes but these run a half a bit small so I ordered a 7.5 and they fit great!
