I bought these shoes to use in physical therapy after having major surgery on my leg. These shoes are very sturdy and pretty comfortable. I have been learning how to walk again and they make me feel secure. I have walked on some snow/slightly icy terrain and I was fine. I use them on multiple machines in PT and despite my leg/foot feeling fatigued the shoes are still comfortable. I normally wear a size 11 in women's and these fit true to size. I work in a large facility with concrete floors and metal catwalks. I walk an average of 7 miles a day at work. These shoes stay comfortable for all 7 miles! They provide great support for my feet, have enough cushion to protect my feet from fatigue while walking on concrete.

They are nice and supportive. They are wider than other athletic shoes that I've had. I like a more snug feeling so this is the only downfall for me for these shoes.

I have problems with my right foot so I need a bigger shoe. I have always purchased size 10 so I tried an 11 this time and the ASICS was so comfortable and walkable for both my feet. Love them and probably will get another when these are used up.. I am 78 and I walk my dog 2 times a day.

I've bought Gel Venture for years, but this version is way too small. I bought my normal size, and it was over 1 whole size too small. Maybe I just got a lemon pair that was mismarked.
