The ASICS GEL-Nimbus 27 shoes soft cushioning properties help you feel like you're landing on clouds. This design is revamped to help create a softer and smoother running experience. A soft engineered jacquard mesh upper comfortably wraps your foot while supplying advanced ventilation. Additionally, the knite tongue and collar help provide a soft and supportive feel. By using FF BLAST Plus Eco Cushioning, this trainer creates a lighter and softer cushioning experience with enhanced focus on sustainability. Lastly, Hybrid ASICSGRIP Outsole Rubber helps create better traction, improved softness, and advanced durability. Polyester lining and ethylene vinyl acetate insole. PureGEL technology helps provide lightweight cushioning and softer landings. At least 75% of the shoes main upper material is made with recycled content to reduce waste and carbon emissions. The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology. Lace-up closure. Front and back pull tabs for easy wear. Round toe design.

I love these so much they are my standard against what I measure every other shoe now. They are like walking on gently bouncing clouds with every step. About me & foot conditions: I’m a 5’4” woman and I’m not a skinny gal at all, and I hold most of my weight in my hips and thighs. I have wide feet, fallen arches/flat feet, and my big toe turns inward in a hallux valgus/bunions way. Where you land on your foot when walking or running: I’m a heel striker when walking and forefoot/midfoot when I’m going downstairs. I don’t feel a bit of impact either way. Toebox: roomy vertical and horizontal so toes can spread and wiggle. Cushioning: Fluffy foamy goodness! But it doesn’t make the shoes feel heavy. The midfoot cushioning is a teensy bit less than the heel. It’s also what gives you the energy return; a nice little rebound with each step nothing crazy but it sure feels good. The heel cushioning is around 40mm and that is a marshmallowy thing of beauty. You do not feel impact on your bones and muscles when moving. Heel drop is 8mm and feels great to me. Cost: I haven’t bought sneakers or athletic shoes in over a decade and apparently more squishy, comfortable support, the higher the price may run. So it may seem like a lot, it feels like the new normal. Arch support: lovely for flat feet and or small arches. It says it’s good for higher arches but they weren’t too high for me. They hug your ankle and provide stability but it’s not over done. Just enough keep you going Quality: I’ve had them for a few weeks now and they haven’t gotten dirty and held up well. It’s my first pair of ASICS but it certainly won’t be my last. If they fall apart on me I’ll update. ... show more

I'm not a runner, but I bought these shoes because I needed a comfortable pair of shoes with excellent support, and these do not disappoint in that area. The excellent cushioning provides serious comfort and a little bounce to your step. I can wear them all day at work, running errands, or walking around town without my feet getting tired or sore. The support is top-notch, and my knees and back feel better too. The color is my only real complaint. They're officially called "Indigo Fog/Cool Gray," but in some lighting conditions - like direct or indirect sunlight - they take on a distinct purple hue. While I still love the shoes for their comfort and support, I would have preferred if they had stayed more "Indigo" in all lighting conditions. Overall, if you're looking for a shoe that combines serious comfort with a little extra spring in your step, I highly recommend these. Just be prepared for the color to change in different lighting conditions! ... show more

These are AWESOME! Horribly expensive but worth it if you need the comfort for sore feet. I’m not a runner so they’ll last longer for me as I just wear them to walk. Mostly super comfy. Cute. The sole of the shoe turns up at the toe. It creates an interesting head on aesthetic that’s not my favorite. Top of the shoe is mesh. It’s ridiculously comfortable, but I have a tendency to walk on the outside of my foot with my big toe up. I find I cramp towards the end of the day (hospital worker). I think I need more structure vs mesh at the top of the shoe. But if that’s not your concern, the soles/arch of my feet feel great at the end of the day. 👍🏻 ... show more

Bought these shoes for work, as I stand on my feet all day and walk pretty much my 90% of my shift. These shoes offer the support, cushion and comfort for working long hours. The only downside is that the shoes are not waterproof, it would be ideal if Asics came out with waterproof shoes. Definitely recommend these shoes if you are someone that stands, walks and works long shifts. ... show more
