I used to buy Nike, but quality was inconsistent. ASICS have plenty of toe room and are comfortable. This style has more padding on the soles, so they are that much more comfortable. And I like bright, vibrant colors. Plenty of color choices for me with ASICS.

These shoes are very comfortable for long hours of standing and walking long distances at the workplace. These are the only shoes that I can stand up in due to other type of shoes are painful. The underfoot soul of these shoes is soft, flexible, thick which is exactly what I need. Other shoes soles are so thin it is very painful. Asics Gel Nimbus is the best shoe I have ever worn. I purchased a pair of ASICS gel nimbus 26 in the white color on February 20, 2024 from Amazon after trying these on in Dick’s Sporting goods and falling in love with the comfy cushioning. Couldn’t be happier with this pair of shoes! I am on my feet most of the day at work. Decided to purchase a second pair from Amazon in the thunder blue color on April 5, 2024. Initially trying them on I got the feeling that they were not quite as cushioned as the first pair. I thought maybe they would soften up after a bit. Well they haven’t and I’m very disappointed that the comfort level is no where near the first pair. I can walk around with one of each pair on and definitely feel a big difference in comfort . I paid full price. I tried going through the ASICS warrant to get a replacement. After days of emailing back and forth I was told that it was a “fit and feel” issue and that is not covered by the warranty. I will not be buying ASICS again and I’ve switched to the New Balance Fresh Foam 1080v13 and have learned they are much more cushioned and comfy for standing at work. I believe there was an issue with the insole or midsole of the ASICS and the company would not listen. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service at ASICS. So I guess make sure they feel right when you first try them on. Lesson learned ☹️ ... show more

Used these shoes for our family trip in Europe and they were comfortable and didn’t affect my plantar fasciitis problem. I was able to do long walks with these shoes!

Almost all of my coworkers in the Cath Lab purchased these. We wear 30 -40 lbs of lead all day while working...running, bending, lifting, shifting, squatting and standing. My legs and feet feel normal at the end of the day and my back pain is noticeably lessened. Have to run through a puddle of bodily fluids or blood? No problem! No slippy slippy! I bought these for work . I originally ordered a size 10 but they were way too narrow. That is my normal size usually. I then bought a 10.5 wide and they fit perfectly so I would order up a size or choose wide. I by no means have wide feet but it seems these shoes are very small. But they are very comfortable once you find right size and my feet do not hurt at all after a long shift of walking and standing. ... show more
