I was somewhat hesitant to buy these shoes. I have had rheumatoid arthritis for nearly 30 years and so I have a LOT of foot issues: bunions, hammertoes, collapsed forefoot joints, and calluses on the bottom of my feet. I really need good, max cushioned shoes. I have been wearing Hoka Bondis for the last couple of years and New Balance 1080’s before that. But these were recommended to me as having Max cushion, good support and some stretch. As i had recently had foot surgery and was experiencing some swelling i decided to give them a whirl. What I love, they have a lot of cushion and my feet feel good in them. They stretch so they don’t bother my bunion or hammertoes. They also allowed for the size of my swollen foot after bunion and hammertoes surgery. But they are not loose now that the swelling has subsided. I love the stretchy tongue, it’s thinner but is also comfortable. I love the rigid heel. It doesn’t get bent over or squished as i slide my foot in and it is extremely comfortable, no digging or blisters! There are also loops on the top of the heels you can hold to help you slide foot in so you don’t squish your fingers between the shoe and your own heel! I love it! I highly recommend these shoes! If they weren’t so expensive i would buy to two or three at the same time. That being said they are not more expensive than any other shoe in the same class. The Hoka Bondi, the Altra via Olympus, new balance, they all are about the same price. This particular shoe was on sale because they have an updated model out. ... show more

I ordered a 7.5W which I can wear in Hoka's because I have a very wide foot, with Morton's neuroma and metatarsalgia. I needed a wide footbed to allow my toes to spread out. The 7.5 were too narrow/small even ordering a wide. I ordered a size 8W and they fit great. The footbed cushion is better for my issues than any other shoe other than Oofo's which I can't wear flip flops during the winter. These are going to be perfect. Very cheap. I get that they are cushioned, but they look like they're made out of very cheap materials. I get the idea of patents but still. Can't they make a shoe that cushions that doesn't look like it was bought from Ali Express and feel like it will rip and fall apart in a month? For the price I'd expect more. ... show more

Im a nurse who works 12 hour + shifts. My feet require the cushion and shock absorption as I am onnmy feet amd walking all day. Even though I ordered Wide and half a size up, the shoe l was still snug fitting and shoe box too narrow. I had pain in the the spots where the shoe touched or rubbed. These are a nice, rich navy color and the hot pink accents are so cute. They're very comfortable and cushioned. I am a nurse working 12 hour shifts, and these work well for me. They seem durable and they're pretty lightweight.
