I have been on the hunt for a good pair of shoes for some time. I have bought and returned so many brand/types of shoes that just made my foot pain worse. I stand all day at work(medical field) and I come home everyday to swollen and painful feet. These have just the right amount of cushion and bounce to help with the heel and ball of the foot which also helps with my knees. But not overly cushioned which actually aggravates my feet too. They are wide enough to have some wiggle room for the toes and breathable. Not as breathable as ASICS excite (2nd runner up) but still great. Finally found my go to shoe! Great for wider feet or bunion issues too! I recommend sizing up. I’m sure my actual size would have been okay but I like to have at least a little more than a finger of space up top for my feet to expand throughout the day.

These are amazing - exactly the high quality I was expecting from ASICS! I literally couldn't wait to wear them - that's how comfortable & happy they make me feel. I went up 1/2 size as suggested by other reviewers and that worked great for me. Very well sized toe box coming from someone who is very sensitive in that area. If some of these reviews are concerning, please note that we learned a few years ago that DIFFERENT COLORS seem to come from different factories. I suggest trying more than one color. Of the colors that I tried, the Aquamarine color were the most comfortable and perfect fitting! These shoes are so comfortable, they are totally worth a try or two! If you're still worried, it looks like you can "try before you buy" through Amazon now!

I love these Asics! They feel like you are stepping on clouds. They have a lot of cushion in the heel area, so wonderfup for people that get pain there at times. They help me stay straight when I run. I get so many compliments on this orchid color! I do find that they run small. I am a size 7, and an 8.5 is what fits me comfortably. You will feel like you are floating with these shoes. My jogs are easier too! Highly recommend! I never get blisters in Asics. I have with past Nike and other brands. I am going to buy more colors! And every year, the last year Asics go on sale. So it’s not too expensive to update your shoes ( padding wears down every year or so). Magnificent shoes! I also find the Cumulous to be the most padded. They are stellar!

I have decided that Ascic is my brand. I have super bad plantar fasciitis and need something to help when I go on walks. This is by far my favorite shoe! The soles are so supportive and cushiony I do not have to replace them with my plantar fasciitis soles. I walk at least 2 miles everyday and my feet do not hurt. I am going to order a couple more pairs, just maybe not is neon green LOL - although with the neon I you can see me a mile away LoL

I have bad feet due to decades of arthritis. In addition, I had foot surgery earlier this year. I needed a super comfortable shoe, with a roomy toe box. There weren't many that I found that were also decent looking. The lavender color on these shoes is a nice shade and the silver accents give them a little shine.

I've lost track of how many pairs of these shoes I've had. I buy two a year for warm weather outdoor exercise, based on a running shop fitting. I'm a walker not a runner but these work great. I do put orthotic in them to help my old, beat up feet.

I've always worn the Asics Nimbus for running because of their max cushion then only use the Cumulus for other activities because they weren't cushioned enough for my running. However, the Cumulus has come a long way and has become much more cushioned and supportive! I would say it's pretty close to the cushioning of the Nimbus but at a slightly lower price. I also find them to be more attractive than the Nimbus. Very happy!!!

I usually wear a 8-8.5 in sneakers, and 8.5 in normal shoes. I got these in an 8.5 and would’ve gotten an 8 but needed them for a race. Thicker socks make them work! Outside of that, they’ve completely changed my shin splints for the better and have helped me shave minutes off of my mile time. They’re soft and absorbent without feeling like you lose energy/momentum through your strides. I mainly wear these for hard surface runs, but also have ran on gravel/dirt roads and they still feel great. I also trail run, and wouldn’t use these on true single-track trails with roots, rocks, and rocks, etc. because they’re too soft/I don’t see them being stiff enough to protect my foot. Overall, super comfortable!
