Fit well for thin feet. Very comfortable. I run 5-6 miles/day, but for daily running, I prefer the Asics Gel-Kayano because it has more cushion and stability. The Gel-Cumulus doesn't have as much cushion, so I find it's better for speed while still having enough support to be comfortable, so I'll be using these for race days. I tried on many shoe brands and models (Nike, Adidas, Saucony, Brooks, New Balance...) before I decided on a new running shoe, and so far, Asics has suited me the best this time around. These retired models are still good and are half the price as the newest models.

I never leave reviews. Just don’t have the time. Although I do appreciate reviews when looking to buy something I am unfamiliar with . So here goes. I am a 59 year old hairstylist whose is trying to hold on to my health and I try to get in 3 miles a day of walking before my work day let alone standing 11 hour days. These shoes just carried me through a 6.58 mile walk and I felt like I could still go further. My feet felt nothing but comfortable. I have been on the hunt for the best tennis shoes for my needs and these definitely check all my boxes. True to size and I got them on Prime Day sale for such a good price. Pretty pinkish lavender color that get lots of compliments. True to size. Awesome!

The ASICS gel cumulus line never disappoints! Provides for a good comfortable run on concrete. Fits true to size. I ordered the grey/ black pair in size 7 as they match just about everything; can go from a jog to running errands in these. I’ve tried on other brands but always come back to these. I usually wear a 8-8.5 in sneakers, and 8.5 in normal shoes. I got these in an 8.5 and would’ve gotten an 8 but needed them for a race. Thicker socks make them work! Outside of that, they’ve completely changed my shin splints for the better and have helped me shave minutes off of my mile time. They’re soft and absorbent without feeling like you lose energy/momentum through your strides. I mainly wear these for hard surface runs, but also have ran on gravel/dirt roads and they still feel great. I also trail run, and wouldn’t use these on true single-track trails with roots, rocks, and rocks, etc. because they’re too soft/I don’t see them being stiff enough to protect my foot. Overall, super comfortable!

What's not to like about these shoes???? Loved the bright color, they have laces that stay tied, which are not too long or too short. I run anywhere from 6-10 miles a few time a week and these are my go to shoes. They have decent grip for wet surfaces, and the insoles are so thick and comfortable. They do look a little bulky, but I have big feet so I say that's the reason. I live in a very humid area so having shoes that do not rub on the inside will make or break decision to return or not. These past the test with flying colors. I liked these so much I bought another pair in a different color (which are just as great feeling).

These shoes are marvelous for walking outdoors on cement AND for teaching middle school all day! Recently I wore them to a 2 hour concert (where I stand the whole time), and I had a lot less pain than I did the show before. They run a bit narrow for a wide shoe, but are super supportive for my flat feet and varicose veins. I will purchase these again!
