I read reviews (about running small), I ordered a 10M which is what I normally order for sports shoes and boots. I have orthotics because I have very flat feet and pronation. But with the orthotics in, I was worried they'd be too tight. I removed the pad insole and placed the orthotics in the shoes. They are a little snug, but still, toe room is fine. I like that the shoe is more structured, not soft...I need a sturdy shoe to keep my ankle from rolling inward. They're really cute, don't make my feet look huge like flippers! The box & sneakers were labeled as such, and they felt comfortable initially, but the longer I wear them, the more I feel my big toe being pushed into the next toe on both feet, as if they're regular width.
