Description

The NOVABLAST 3 running shoe draws inspiration from a geometric origami feature for the upper and midsole. After making the shoe approx. 30g lighter than the previous version, we also equipped this style with improved comfort.A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. This component is reinforced with a more supportive heel design to help guide the foot with more control through your gait cycle.Meanwhile, the midsole’s FF BLAST PLUS cushioning helps create a lighter and more responsive feel underfoot.

I have used different types of ascis, but never like the Novablast 3, the grip on the ankle, the tongue and the stability in the fall is great, I ran my first 5k and I did not feel discomfort on the soles of my feet. I am 65 years old and I will buy them again

I have a normal width foot and normal arch with no pronation when I run. I have over 40 pairs of running shoes in my closet currently, and run 3-4 miles every day. I have been thru a lot of running shoes, and tried these NovaBlast because I thought they looked cool. I found them extremely lightweight and comfortable to wear and thought the thin, nonpadded tongue was a "cool" design idea. On the first run, I headed out and noticed right away that they had a little bounce to them which I thought was cool. I completed the run and noted that I had shaved 10% off of each mile time from my norm. Thinking this was a fluke, I checked the next day and found the same to be true. I don't know if that will be true for everyone, but something about these superlight bouncy shoes made me seem to run faster than all the others. As a woman, I occasionally buy men running shoes. Strictly because of the colors. Asics novablast 3 are an amazing pair of running shoes. The midfoot improved padding, being 30g lighter, and split tongue makes a big difference from the previous model. I tried them indoors and outdoors and was very happy with the results. Just took these babies for break in run on nice March winter day, Loving the turbo foam, they run true to size, Just put them on and go… pick a pace they respond, can feel the over 40mm stack, lord if feels good.. just what I want these long pace runs… save my Meta’s for racing.
