ASICS is my brand for running shoes, not a super active runner anymore but for working out and coaching cross country these are great. Very comfortable like ASICS always are, used to run cross country and always wore ASICS and paid good money for shoes so I can tell these aren’t the top quality but for the money they look great and feel good, obviously if you’re planning to put some serious mileage on these shoes you should pay a bit more, but basic shoe for minor runs and exercise these are fine

The size runs a hair smaller that say Puma or Nike so maybe wear thinner socks or liners but otherwise feel great with liners. Nice and light with a little bit of return bounce with each step. They seem sturdy too, like they would last longer than you might expect.
