  • Great daily trainer!
I absolutely love these shoes! I run fairly high mileage (around 60-70mpw and am a 2:57 marathoner) and have a history of posterior tibial tendinitis. I can really feel the support in these shoes while also finding them to be very comfortable. They are definitely not fast shoe though so I don’t wear them for workouts or anything, and just use them primarily for daily base miles. They have helped me to clear up my post tib issues. I like them so much that I have bought 5 pairs. Highly recommend! They fit true to size for me. ... show more

  • Great pair for the treadmill and stability
Size: 12 Wide Color: Black/Black
Best running shoes I ever have purchased - helped with back pain, posture on the treadmill, and great for stability. I’ll be buying another pair.

  • So very soft to my feet. I have foot issues and these are so comfortable.
These are very soft. They are a little smaller to my size. I am an 11 1/2. These are 12 and fit great. I am a under pronator. I had hoped these would correct that some but they really dont. They are more neutral and don't help much to not walk on the sides of my feet. I can't stress enough of how much like cushion are in these. This gray is a little bad about picking up and showing dirt. I would definately buy again. ... show more

  • Not quite enough interior volume for my foot sadly 😭
Size: 10.5 Wide Color: Faded Orange/Desert Red
Please keep in mind this is very subjective and everyone is going to feel differently about shoes. First, I live asics as a brand. I always feel I get a really good value for my money when I’m purchasing from them. Their shoes make up the majority of my running line up and they’re always very comfortable for me. I was looking for a lower stability shoe that wasn’t quite a neutral shoe and this seemed like it would suit me. I loved the design and the color options that were available in varying widths. When I got the shoes, they fit true to size and accommodated my wide foot and need for a little more room underfoot in the toe box. However, these fell short in total volume for me. I have a higher instep and can experience pain along the top of my foot easily if certain parts of the upper rub or apply pressure in the wrong way. With these, that is the issue I ran into - the tongue was very, very flat and allowed the laces to create a pain point just in front of my ankle. Again, I liked the shoes and really wished they had worked for me. ... show more

  • Outstanding Shoe – Definitely Would Buy Again
These have been my daily shoes for about 5 months now. I was concerned with quality because it looks like they're using slightly cheaper materials, presumably to keep costs down, but quality hasn't been an issue. (The tongue is particularly noticeable.) The shoes are holding up great. These shoes also help reduce the pain from the neuroma and neuropathy in my feet so I can walk more comfortably. My only complaint is the colors, they're terrible. Thankfully they had a plain black. What I really wanted to address is how to buy proper fitting shoes. #1 Go to a good running store and have your feet computer analyzed. They should be able to scan both your feet and your gait. The computer will then give you top picks for shoes of the proper size that work best with your foot/ankle issues. #2 Try a couple pair on and then order what works best for you. The computer analysis is critical to help you get the right shoe for your feet. ... show more

  • Worth giving a try!!!
Size: 9 Wide Color: Black/White
I have a giant big toe, wide feet, a flat arch, and a tailor’s bunion, which kind of forced me to only wear New Balance’s 860v lineups because they are one of the few that offer wider shoes with better arch support. I gave the Asics a shot because they’re from Japan, thinking they might make better shoes for my Asian feet. However, these shoes have become a strong competitor to them now. Here are a few reasons why: - The GT‑2000 is usually cheaper. - The GT‑2000 is lighter and more breathable. - The GT‑2000 has a softer cushion but still stabilizes my foot. I’ve tried their GT‑1000, which was a pure disappointment, but these are different. If you are like me, wandering around trying to find better stability shoes, I would say give these a try. Personally, because of how much I liked them, I’m going to buy another pair and also try the Gel‑Kayano shoes. ... show more
