I purchased these based on a conversation with a brother-in-Christ about having good running shoes. Mine were old, flat, and torn up. We went on a 4-mile run on a trail with small rocks. When we were done, I told him my feet hurt from stepping on the rocks. I asked him if he noticed them, and he said no. He recommended me these shoes. I was hesitant to spend $150 on running shoes, but I will never forget it after they came in. I put them on, stood up in my living room, and was ready to run. Running is more of a joy now than it was before. Buy them if you plan on running more than two days a week and want comfortable running shoes. My time improved as well.

The shoes themselves are outstanding!!!! Best long run/easy day shoe on the planet. However, one of the insoles was clearly defective and started to disintegrate after the 1st run. I both emailed and called Asics and file a warranty claim....They denied my claim stating they did not cover insoles/sock liners. They sent me a link to purchase replacements (poor form) and when I followed the link my size was out of stock (poorer form). I am a HUGE Asics fan. This experience is pushing me towards Saucony or Hoka.

My favorite pair of shoes so far this year. Very comfortable for long runs. Slow runs or uptempo runs. Seriously, don't hesitate for thinking about these.
