Firstly, I have wide feet and it's amazing having shoes that actually fit after a lifetime of being squeezed. These shoes feel great. Visually my first impression was that the model I got seemed both overly complicated and also incomplete. The stripes are sort of a line within a line within a line. It just seems unnecessary. Also it says 'Gel Venture 8' and the 8 looks scribbled on. It also has "GEL" written on the sole. I blacked out the 8 and the GEL with black sharpie. Then I filled in the stripes on the Asics logo with silver sharpie. To me this modified design looks both simpler and more complete. I probably could have been a little neater with the sharpie but overall I think it works. I'll touch it up again in a day or two. Overall it's a great shoe especially for people with with wide feet and especially for the price.

I'm not a person who likes flashy shoes, but I went with these anyway. I like Ascics and I've worn older versions of them. Wore them out. Price was right at the time as well. They are decent for walking and working in. Not boot work just casual work. The reason for 4 stars vs 5, there is not much arch support so I use inserts. From that point on they work well for me and are comfortable. I can putz around all day in them and remain comfortable without my feet hurting. They seem to be durable as I did a twist, bend and tug to help relax the sneaker. I rotate them with another pair of sneakers, Sketchers.

This will be my 4th pair of these now. I use them for work since I walk approximately 7-10 miles a day about 4 days a week. The only thing that wears out is the rubber sole of the shoe. The laces and the upper part of the shoes still look good but the bottom of them is wore down flat. So every 3 months I get a new pair and call it a day. Beats paying what I was paying for about 3 months of wear, which was about $165. Shoe is true to size and very comfortable insoles! Laces stay tied too! I love em.

LOVE the look and the price. The toe box feels narrow compared to previous/current Asics I own, but overall comfort is not bad. I went a half size up with these in anticipation of a potentially narrow toe box, but even with that it still feels a little narrow. Still, I'm quite pleased with the shoe overall and may purchase a second pair.

I needed the wide version of this particular shoe, and was pleasantly surprised to find that they fit very well, both in terms of width, and also in the heel area, and without any of the extra insoles I usually require. They felt comfortable from the very start, and didn't require any getting used to at all. Bear in mind it's early on, but thus far, I'm very satisfied with these sneakers. I'll update if there are any negative events with them. Also, they arrived promptly, intact, well-packaged, and as advertised.

This is my 2nd pair, the last pair i got was a Size11 and was obviously getting worn out due to having it for a year. This pair I went up in size(11.5) for Toe Comfort and it was the right choice for me! Love the Colors and Fitting. I use these as my everyday walking shoes; I do 3 miles a day and I can't complain with these Definitely worth the price they sell it for compared to other High Priced Running Brands.

I should of dug through the reviews more to learn beforehand but you should order a size larger when buying these shoes for the most comfortable fit. Mine are quite snug but barely not too much so. Great shoes otherwise just be sure to get the right size!
