I ordered these running shoes.....not for running but for everyday wear and working out at Planet Fitness. These shoes are incredibly comfortable, great looking and affords great support while weight lifting. I'm very glad I ordered them when I did, because they (Amazon) quickly depleted the stock and I have not seen them available since. On Ebay they are listed as $139, as opposed to $65 when I purchased them on Amazon. Asics running shoes in general are incredible running shoes to begin with and the prices offered by Amazon, they are even better. The fit is exceptional, great toe box, well made, and the support in the heel and midfoot provides a long lift span. My last two shoes were ASICS Gel-Venture 6 and Gel-Venture 8, and I was satisfied with the style, comfort, and durability of those shoes. After getting my Gel-Venture 10 shoes recently, I'm just as satisfied. The quality is as expected, which I think is absolutely great for the price. One small negative, in my opinion, is the feathered-arrows accents on the sides of the soles aren't quite my favorite design, but it's not enough to change my rating. I think a lot of shoe brands are lazy with their designs, and it shows. I don't care if some store's shoes are cheaper than this when they also look terrible and can't stand up to daily use. Fantastic support and cushion and very true to size. I wear a 14 extra wide and these are so comfortable that I bought another pair. They are better quality and fit than the New Balance I used to buy for $150. Asics is my new go to. Love the gel cushioning but not too much cushion like Hoka. Just right. ... show more

These are really good shoes & very comfortably! The sole of the shoe is thicker then most! Perfectly good for city life or country life! One drawback is when they get wet, they are wet - they dry out pretty quickly oh! 😉

Bought these to replace some very old, worn out Gel-venture 6's. The ASICS shoes are well made and fit perfectly. they are extremely comfortable with lots of cushion. Definitely a good buy.

My husbands loves these shoes for the fit and all day comfort. He can wear them to work confident that he won’t be slipping on the floor and they don’t look overly dressed down or utilitarian. It’s just a great shoe for him in every respect and they are very durable.

This might be the shoe for someone else but not for me. I run in asics shoes 4 days per week and expect a certain type of shoe. These shoes are rated as trail shoes but I don't think I could run in them. Out of the box they are very rigid and I was unable to flex the forefoot. When I run I land on the heel and push off the toes. This style requires bending of the shoe at the metatarsal area (ball of the foot). These are too stiff for me. Also these are trail shoes but the soles have holes in the outsole of the front of the shoe. Perfect for gathering stones and thorns into the midsole. Trail shoes need tough soles to combat the stones and twigs on the trail. Putting holes in the sole defeats the purpose. I will stay with my Asics GT-2000. ... show more
