The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight. The foot lands on outside of heel, then rolls inward (pronates) excessively, transferring weight to inner edge instead of ball of the foot. Push Off The pressure is on smaller toes on outside of foot. There is even distribution from the front of the foot. Big toe and second toe do majority of the work. • Fits as it did when I tried it on in stores.
This item fit as it did when I tried it on in the name brand stores.

  • Great as nursing shoes!
These have been my nursing shoes for over a year now. Have held up great considering I can walk 10,000+ steps a shift, at times. Comfortable, not too heavy, which is important for me. The insides are torn up a little bit from wear and tear, but they’re still going strong. Not digging into my ankles, and the exterior and bottoms are still in good shape with the sole still intact. Look like they might make it another year, at this point. ... show more

  • Great fit and feel, but wore out quickly
I got these in the middle of May and they are already worn out in less than 3 months. To be fair they probably have a few hundred miles on them, but other shoes I have put through the same are still going strong. They feel great, breathe well, and I can go 10-12 miles with no pain. But there are glued on pieces on the outsole that have been flapping loose for a few weeks and the rest is a very soft foamy rubber that has just worn smooth. For the price and comfort I'm not mad at all to have to chuck them so quickly, but if you are fairly active don't expect them to last long. ... show more

  • Ninja shoes with 1 flaw...
So let me start off with this shoe is great. Very comfortable, looks good, durable, and they breathe well. I bought these shoes to go with my A Halloween costume. I was a ninja for Halloween and needed some solid black shoes to go with the get up. These were absolutely perfect! Or so I thought... like I said above these shoes hit all the right marks, except one...they are noisy as f$&!. No joke picture the most feared ninja in the world(you cant see ninjas so this is impossible, they’re too stealthy) and as he stalks his next victim just think of a squeak each time he steps... it’s that bad. Like I’m afraid to put them in in my bedroom while my girlfriend is sleeping because if I wake her up I’m going to get yelled at bad. Other than that these shoes are awesome, and at a great price. 4 stars since they’re some of the loudest shoes I’ve ever owned! ... show more

  • Fit a smidge small. Breaths well. Very comfortable.
Size: 12 Color: Dark Grey/Black
ASICS can vary by a half size. I typically wear a 11.5 in ASICS and 12 in Nike. Purchased these in 12 based on reviews and they fit perfect. I actually really like these shoes. They’re lightweight, breath well, and I like that they don’t have 30 pieces of pleather glued and stitched onto them. Great shoe for medium activity and they look pretty good too. My 16 year old son said they look like they should be worn by someone that’s more fit than me. Thanks son. Gotta love teenagers. Update: took a road trip and did some hiking in Arizona and West Texas. I wore these shoes and they didn’t last for 2 weeks. Absolutely shredded the soles and there are multiple holes in the fabric. Hiking is not the intended use of the shoes, but thought I’d share in case someone intends to use them in rocky terrain. They will not last. These are a casual walking shoe only, in my opinion. Insufficient support for running and too flimsy for hiking. But really comfortable and nice looking casual shoe. ... show more

  • Fake but okay walking shoes. NOT FOR RUNNING
Size: 8.5 Color: Black/Black
The media could not be loaded. Overall this product is a 2.5/5, but I'll give it a 2/5 for being deceptive and a fake product. First things first, it's a fake. Dont buy if you need real running shoes it's not for running it will make your feet hurt since it doesnt cushion impact like a true running shoe. I've included a picture of the exact same Asics shoes but REAL brand for a side by side comparison if you dont believe the fake nature of this product. That being said, it's not a that bad a shoe. It cushions stones and simple materials well enough that I'd say it's a decent walking shoe, but buy something better if you can for the same price. I use them as a walking shoe since I used my old walking shoes til they ripped. But as an athletic shoe it's basic but functional I guess. If you were going to do anything that involves a run, dont buy these. If you are planning on wearing these to the gym or doing some simple activities that dont require distance travel then these work just fine. I've used them for local home workouts and they are good for that since they are kinda comfy but dont cushion repeated impact at all. For the RUNNERS - 0/5 To reiterate one last time, do not use for running since they dont cushion repeated impact on dirt, concrete, or asphalt running. They also heat up quite a bit while running. It's a common thing with lower quality shoes to heat up while running. It also fails a cushion bend test from day one that I learned in my old cross country days to verify if a shoe still has useful cushion. I included a picture on a comparison of this test done on this shoe to a new real asics running shoe I just bought. Let's talk about the things amazon suggests: Toebox: it's a litle bit narrow and I'll include a comparison to real running shoes. Width: It's okay and seems true to size not much to say here. Arch support: At first these shoes have some nice foamy feeling to them but it quickly fades and the arch support is lost. There is little to no arch support after about 3 weeks of use. General Sizing fit: It fit as expected. I got the size I ordered and it fit me just fine. It doesnt seem like you need to get a half size bigger or anything. It is a real true to size shoe. 8.5 is 8.5. Picture explanations: The picture I added with my finger on the shoe shoes the cushion material built in the real old asics I had. My finger is pointing towards the real asics and you can see several differences between the real vs the fake one. The fake one has a different less breathable mesh than the real one and the impact cushion material doesnt exist on the fake one. The other picture is a side by side comparison with the real shoe to the right and is ripped at the heal. The width and toe box for the real one is wider than the fake one. The fake shoe is sized slightly thinner but is true to size on length which probably comes from the lack of cushion in the heal as seen in the thinness of the fake heal compared to the ripped cushion of the real shoe. ... show more
