Amazing shoes. Got them for an upcoming marathon and it's just awesome. Great cushion, not too soft/hard, just right. Keeps my legs and knees feel better after running long distance. It's built for warmer temperatures but it's still good even in during winter since our feet gets warm during runs. Really durable, especially the soles, but take note that these are pavement/road shoes so not that much traction for dirt/offroad, but it's still good regardless. Definitely worth it for the price, especially for the discounted price since the 27 is out. A bit longer, I got a 10.5 wide and the length feels like it was an 11. Support is good, which is rare for someone with high arch. Color is amazing, doesn't look too dirty when it's dirty. Buy this guys, or the 27s. I'm definitely buying the 27s as well. I love these shoes so much. They are easily the most comfy pair I've owned. Get past the thick sole because it feels like walking on a cloud. They have held up great after several months of use, no visible damage honestly. They fit well and are stable doing errands or on a treadmill. The only caveat: DO NOT BUY WHITE. If you even THINK about dirt they will get filthy. I tried to keep up with brushing for a few weeks but it just sets in too much and they eventually become gray. ... show more

The Gel-Nimbus 26 really shines when it comes to comfort and cushioning. Right out of the box, these feel plush and supportive, especially under the heel and midfoot. They’re great for longer runs, walking, or even standing for long periods. The cushioning does a good job absorbing impact, which makes them easy on the knees and joints. The upper is breathable and fits securely without feeling tight, and overall build quality feels solid and well made. These definitely feel like a premium, well-engineered running shoe. That said, they are not lightweight. If you’re used to faster, minimal shoes or prefer something snappy for speed work, these may feel a bit bulky. They’re more suited for comfort, recovery runs, and everyday mileage rather than racing or quick tempo runs. Another thing to note is that the price is on the higher side, so you’re paying for comfort and durability rather than versatility. Great fit and arch support. Durable and high quality. Lightweight for running with solid traction. Supports my knees (and I've a bad pair of those). These are my go-to runners, though these were discontinued :(

Very comfortable running shoes with a handy, wide loop on the back that is very helpful when putting them on. Unfortunately this model has been discontinued. As of November 2024, Asics has replaced this model with the Gel-Nimbus 27 and as of December 2025, Asics introduced the Gel-Nimbus 28. I expect both newer models to perform equally or better than this model. ... show more

    • Good shoes but OVERPRICED!!!
Good shoes but extremely overpriced! Very comfortable and padded. No stability, very dangerous if wearing on terrain. only recommend using these on flat surfaces, otherwise you will role your ankle. I gave these 4 stars because all the other shoes made these days suck! Too much emphasis on padding and none on support structure like proper heel cups, arch support, or top of forefoot stability structure. Uppers on these shoes is very cheap, (like all others). Not for wide feet, see other reviews. These are true medium builds, not narrow as some have stated. ... show more
