I have bad knees, and feet, but wanted to give these a try. I'm a senior and was hesitant, but I'm glad that I gave them a try. I wear ( size 14 extra wide), and have fallen arches. I couldn't fit my orthotics in these shoes, but still gave them a try. I don't need the orthotics as they are supportive. They are comfortable, well made, and light weight compared to my normal heavy, clunky, old guy looking walking shoes. The fit is good, and they look more youthful. These shoes make it easier to operate the pedals when I drive, as my shoes don't slip off the pedals, which wasn't safe. I love the Asics brand, but don't find them to be good looking shoes. I don't care most of the time, as I'll take comfort over style most days. However, this white pair is pretty nice. If you look at it closely you'll notice the normal Asics design, but from afar they're just clean white shoes. If you're not familiar with the brand these shoes are great for wide feat. They support my feet, and can be worn all day when doing a lot of moving. I have become a loyal buyer over the last couple years. The soles last pretty well, and the sides don't blow out on my like other brands have. BUT, DO YOUR RESEARCH! Some of these shoes are made to support different kinds of feet. So don't buy the first one you find. Look up what style of shoe you should buy first. I highly recommend. ... show more

These shoes have really helped my husband's feet. He has callus and the support and padding in the shoes have provided him with relief from the pain. The arch support keeps the pressure off of the callus. This is the second pair I have ordered for him so he has a pair to wear around the farm and a pair to wear when we go to town. I'm always looking for a pair of shoes that are comfortable and that I can wear all day without any discomfort. For me, this was the pair. I've bought several pairs of name brand shoes recently that were more expensive, and had great reviews, but just didn't cut it for me. This is the pair I always come back to. The usual quality and support I've come to know from Asics. Look great, feel great. I'm 56 and due to my job, I walk up to 17k steps per day, half of those vertical. I destroy shoes in two months. Asics hold up better, last longer, are more comfortable. Thank you Asics.
