Just ordered and received my third pair. I can get a good year out of them with pretty much every day use. By the twelfth month of wearing them, slipping on a brand new pair definitely makes a difference, but that seems acceptable to me.

First, I ordered a pair of Asics in the size I ordered last time. They fit horribly. Second, I ordered another pair of Asics in the size that usually fit with another vendor. They did not fit either! The third time was the charm with these Asics! I normally wear a size 9 3EE, but ordered a size 10EW in these shoes and the fit is comfortable and plenty of cushioning when I walk.

Super comfortable. I am normally a size 10 but decided to get a 10.5 but they were a little snug in the front, so I returned them and got a size 11 and they fit perfectly and there was just enough room to wiggle my toes freely without them feeling suffocated. I recommend going up a size from what you normally wear to ensure a comfortable fit.

Hubby wears out ALL of his shoes! These lasted him for a very long time (I'd say over a year, maybe 2 years) and he bought himself another pair in a different color and those are also doing well for him! I also have a pair and they are pretty comfy. Great "zoo or amusement park shoes"! :)

I ordered these Contender 7 running shoes after retuning a different pair, due to that pair having previously been worn and soiled, apparently from use outdoors. The pair I returned were my usual 10 1/2 size, and felt too snug, so I ordered these in size 11, and they fit perfectly.
