I am VERY impressed with the burn time of these candles. For my test I started with four hours one day, then I let it cool completely and relit to finish the burn. I included pictures of how it looked after four hours and at the end. I actually think it would have burned for even longer. I blew it out when I thought the wax was pretty much gone, but after it cooled I realized that there was still some left. Maybe the burn time would change without the break but I am still VERY impressed with how much I get out of one single candle. The little plastic holder is very well designed. There is a lip on the bottom that gives it a little distance from the surface it's on. It protects surfaces from heat. I still put mine on a stone coaster for added protection. I do not recommend handling the candles while they are lit. They turn liquid and it would be easy to spill. However I was able to touch the entire outside with no problems with heat. It was barely warm all around the outside. So these palm candles do seem to have a low melt point which is why they turn to liquid. The "wax" or oil or whatever it is does seem to leave an oily residue in the box. I would recommend trying to keep these at a lower temperature for storage. At the very least I would try to keep the box level so if it does get too hot and melt it doesn't leak all over the place. Even with the handling challenges of a material with such a low melting point I can still recommend these candles. They burn much longer than wax. I have never had a tea light last for ten hours. The best others have done is four hours. These have an incredible number of hours of light and heat for the small amount of space they take up. I think the drawbacks are well worth it.

I am so impressed with this set of 50 tea lights! These are unscented, natural palm wax candles with no added scents, additives, or paraffin, and they produce a lovely soft-white glow when lit. They burn very cleanly and are essentially smokeless, which I really appreciate. I primarily use mine in my wax melter for wax seals, and they’ve worked beautifully for that purpose. One of my favorite features is the clear plastic cup with its protective base. It keeps the candle safely contained and protects the surface underneath, even as the candle burns all the way down. The 100% cotton wick burns evenly, and I’m getting approximately 8 hours of burn time from each tea light. That means this package of 50 potentially gives me around 400 hours of total burn time, which is fantastic. Another bonus is that the cups don’t end up coated with a bunch of leftover wax residue once the candle is finished. I can actually reuse the little cups for other purposes instead of throwing them away, which I really like. The soft glow is perfect when I don’t need a bright light and just want a little ambient illumination. They’re also great for crafts, wax sealing, relaxing evenings, or anywhere you want a small, gentle flame. For the quantity, burn time, clean-burning natural palm wax, and reusable cups, I think these are an excellent value. If I ever manage to work my way through all 50 of them, I’ll definitely be ordering more!

First & foremost, I tested the burn time & the candle in my first image had been burning for 8hrs. There's still 1/4" of wax in the candle left to burn. You will find the palm oil soaks into the box....not a big deal & I'm actually glad to see it. Can't remember the last time I ordered candles that leeched into the box. These are actually larger than the aluminum can tea lights you will find with a highly extended burn time. I'd say they're double the thickness at least. They have a number of uses, but my favorite is for camping or in our camper. Super easy to keep a bag of these on hand & pop them out when you feel the urge. Burn qaulity & time is excellent. I didn't notice much of a scent, but they weren't purchased for that. These are more of a utility candle in my book. As a vine reviewer, I feel it’s my duty to review items with honesty, good or bad. I base my star rating on whether I would recommend to a family member or friend and quality of the item. Great value for the money at 40 ¢ each....cheaper if you buy more. When the lights go out again, we're all set! Highly recommend!

This 50 count of extra large tea light candles is fantastic! They're well made and genuinely unscented which makes them excellent for fragrance sensitive people or spaces! I like to use tea lights in my kitchen and scented candles can clash with my kitchen/dining room environment so the unscented option goes a long way for creating the ambiance I enjoy most in my home! The candles burn slow and steady and absolutely hold up to the 8 hour claim! After 4 hours of burning it looks like the candle is not even half way through. Lastly, the candles fit most of my tea light holders! There's only one amethyst and zeolite tea holder I have in my living room that the candles don't fit into. Other than that they fit all my other tea light holders. All in all I honestly couldn't be more impressed or happy with the quality and usability of this tea light candle set! They're perfect for my needs! Not only do they create a lovely ambiance all day, before after or during dinner but, they also serve as an excellent light source when we occasionally loose power! They're incredibly useful and a good necessity to have around the house! Would absolutely highly recommend! **Photo reference last two photos show candle burn after 4 consecutive hours. Photo of box only shows top layer; there are two layers of candles in the 50 ct box.

There is no aroma to this set of candles, either when they are lit or unlit. The set of 50 is wrapped nicely and would make a delightful gift for anyone who likes candles or scents. I currently have two of the candles lit, trying to time them and see how long the candles last. I have one candle sitting out on the quartz counter top and the other sitting in a little fragrance warmer, also on the counter top. Usually, I only test one candle but since there are 50 candles, I thought I would use two randomly selected candles. Also, I have found that candles that are encased last a different amount of time than candles that are just sitting out. I am writing this review while the candles are still lit. I can have a problem remembering to look at the candles to see how long they have stayed lit so I am just going to write this now. I lit these candles at approximately 1.43 this afternoon and it is currently 8:05 PM so the candles have currently been burning bright for 6 hours and 22 minutes. I will update this later, but I currently believe these candles will both last over 7 hours. I tend to look at these little candles estimating how much it costs per burn time. The current price is $19.99 making these candles cost approximately .40 cents each, making the cost per burning hour, .05 cents which is a great price! It is now 11:42 PM and the candle that is sitting on the counter is still burning at 10 hours. Although I did not see the other candle burn out, it was still burning at 11:00 PM! What a great deal! Just FYI – the last one went out around midnight.

These are great clean burning odour free candles - no smoke, no smell, no paraffin, and non toxic. The wax turns completely into liquid when lit - something to be careful of around kids or pets. The cotton wicks are at the surfaces rather than buried in the wax and they are easy to light. The holder is so much nicer than some of the regular tea lights which have a metal trim around them. They are also a tiny bit wider at the base -1.7”. The regular ones are around 1.5ml, so check your candle holder base to ensure they fit. The little cases are actually quite pretty and can be used without holders. They also have slightly raised bases so they are heat resistant on surfaces. The amount - 50 - is incredibly generous given the price point, plus these are exceptionally long burning. Enough for many happy dinners and bubble baths. Really happy to have a stash of these.

I love the size of these tea lights. They really give you a lot of time to work. I wish I could give you an actual burn time but I have been using the same candle for about a week at a few hours in a go and it is still usable. The size of these candles just makes more sense and seems more economical than the shallow tea lights they I am used to. I have noticed no discernable scent to the candle and it burns cleanly. There are 50 candles in the box so they should last a long time ad for the price offered they are a good value. Like I said, I am really impressed with the quality of these candles.

Your standard tea light candle, nothing particularly outstanding about it, except that it's taller than a lot of tea light candles. Which is nice, gives it some more reserve, but just know that because some applications will change especially if it's made to fit into a device. The plastic is cheap but can hold up some, more flexible but I'm scared it might crack under some pressure. Flame burns fine, small but will last a while, wick is nice. Melts into a nice puddle, almost to the edges, so you know much won't go to waste. Neutral smell for the most part, just smells like well, palm oil, which is what it's made of. Note that the container it comes it may get oil stains because it's cardboard and these candles are oily, made of palm oil.
