The colors are too bright, and it feels unreal and unimpressive. Funny pictures. The quality of the canvas board is also very poor. It is too loose and has wrinkles.

Nice kit with quality supplies. Some of the paints were too thick, but a few drops of water fixed that. The canvas rippled a little when paint was applied, so it doesn't lay flat. Box says 1-1.5 hours to complete. I ended up putting two coats of paint on all colors and worked on it for about 8 hours total. I wanted to start doing paint by numbers but wanted to start out with something easy to see if I would like it. I loved it and I’m hooked. So easy. Everything you need. I really liked that the canvas wasn’t flimsy or folded. Had so so much paint left after several coats. Put on your favorite music and enjoy painting with this product. I have done lots of paint by numbers and this rates in the top worst 5 out of about 25. Horrible quality paint. What makes a horrible quality paint for a paint by numbers? Good question my friend; I will tell you. A poor quality paint is too thick and creamy; it won’t spread or even get picked up by the brush. This makes it impossible to work with and incredibly frustrating rather than relaxing. I threw it in the trash after about an hour of trash talking with the painting. ... show more
