This is a great product and no need to 2nd guess yourself. The Fondue pot is enameled cast iron. It distributes the heat evenly, is beautiful, long lasting and easy to clean. I wish I had gotten this years ago and works so much better for cheese fondue than an electric stainless steel pot. It even includes the recipe. It was very elegant on my table Christmas Eve and everyone loved the fondue.

This is a no frills, old school fondue pot. It is a solid, enameled cast iron pot, with a stand, tray and forks. I’ve already used it twice and absolutely love it.

This is beautifully made, and an excellent pot, but no matter how hot we got it on the stove it cooled surprisingly fast. It would be better if it had a top to keep it warm, or could be used as a regular pot.

Amazing quality fondue pot to add as a second pot for large fondue dinners at our home. This is every bit as good as the one we purchased in Germany, and is actually more versatile with the enameled cast iron pot. It's base is also quite attractive, and reminded me of the many fondue meals we have enjoyed in Zermatt, Davos, and Zurich. The only challenge is finding the appropriate fondue fuel gel in the US, as it seems Swissmar has stopped selling it in bottle in the US. I travel to Canada and buy it there frequently, and I think you can also use Sterno fire starting gel as well.

Esthetically love the look but function lacks. We had to keep taking the pot to the stove and bring it to boil. The pot just wouldn't stay hot. We used broth. When we changed to chocolate that works great . But the other for the meat was a challenge for sure
