The media could not be loaded. I wanted to make my kitchen island look more enhanced. I DONT have power running to the island. So I added a recharged LED light strip. so still got it to look how I wanted. PROS: **It is thin, not solid BUT due to the thinness. You have many ways to stick it to the wall. -I used Concrete cement gel. I used a paint roller on the kitchen island and on the panel and stuck it together. Here are the methods I read: - Heavy duty double sided velcro or tape -Any type of Adhesive glue -Tacs/Nails etc ** It looks very nice and can reflect light off of it if you keep it white. **Easy to cut- I took a harder longer way.. but I cut them by hand..took me forever! but worth it ** Due to the bigger size, this gives a better seamless look without gluing a bunch of smaller titles together. CONS: - With so many ways to cut this to fit your needs, IF YOU NEED to cut these due to angles, outlets etc.. read the comments and use tools you're comfortable using. It is annoying to cut this without making cracks due to the thinness. OVERALL: I would buy this again! although I would put it on a surface where I don't need to cut this to size and just smack it on a wall to make life easier lol. ... show more

I absolutely love these panels! They’re thin and light enough that was able to mount them with just command Velcro strips (landlord probably wouldn’t have like me to use adhesive). I had to make a few cuts on the bottom panels and along one wall. I found that using a cutting wheel on a deemed and creating a guide of along where to cut with masking tape was fast and easy and gave me the best result. I love the major upgrade and unique look. I had a zoom meeting with about 20 coworkers today for the first time since installing them, and that wall is behind me when I’m on camera. Everyone commented how nice my background was and then realized it was the real background, not a fake one. That’s just the impression I was going for, so I am pleased. They aren’t cheap, but not too expensive either, if you really want to invest in an upgrade to a wall. I ordered two packs of 6 in black and needed to use 5 out of each pack to do the top and bottom of the wall, leaving me two left over that I think I want to use in my bedroom now. Got this to try to hide my stereo and speakers from standing out so much hoping to hide them in plain sight. I had previously not had experience with large pvc panels like this so cutting to size is important and I don’t recommend a rotary tool/grinder, the fine dust is probably gonna kill me later (joking) I then tried tin snips which was ok, but settled on an oscillating cutter which I think worked best, especially for around outlets. I would also recommend using outlet extension of 3/4 with black face new black plugs so the outlet blends in. I used gorilla construction adhesive which brings me to the next lesson i learned is painters tape is your friend! Invest in some good quality wide masking tape as this size is too heavy for the adhesive to hold it initially and you need tape or something to hold it for about 6 hours until it tacks up enough to hold on its own, I found 8 hours and it would not go anywhere, I took the packing elbows made of the same PVC to Home Depot and paint matched in a quart and then painted 1 inch above and below giving me a nice channel to place LED lights later on for dramatic lighting as well as all the joints since the adhesive is white and squirts through the joints, I just painted right over the joints with and voila it was invisible. One last word of warning, this being a large sheet of PVC and being black it absorbs heat I had inadvertently left one panel leaned against a window and it took full sun for about 3 hours and when I grabbed it, it was quite warm but worse it was warped. So I would NOT recommend placing in some area where it takes a lot of direct sun as I think warping could be an issue but due to the texture probably wouldn’t be too visible. Good luck! ... show more
