We purchased this purifier in November. We have been using regularly for 4 months. I just replaced the filter and WOW it was so dirty. I’m now adding this to a monthly task. It really works great in removing cooking smells. I did purchase the allergy/pet filter since we have a little parakeet.

These replacement filters are better than the one that is included with the air purifier. They have an extra net layer to catch big stuff before it enters (and clogs) the filter. These are also sold with 3 different specific purposes which is nice so you can get a filter that fits your specific needs / situation. Again the price is really decent, considering some air purifiers take $40 filters (for just one!).

I got these filters to use in a home that has both pets and smokers, and using these is a game changer. I ran the cheaper filters for a while and got pretty good results so I decided to try these, and I won’t switch back. I don’t think I’ve even smelled anything bad since it’s been installed, let alone sneeze, and we’re currently in the height of pollen season, definitely worth trying out.
