As long as you know what you're buying here, you'll be satisfied. It's not a full top replacement for the Tesla armrest, it's a cover with elastic bands that stretch around the open console top and hold it in place. Yes, it can still move around a bit and not stay perfectly aligned for that 100% cosmetic look. But overall it drastically improves the look of the worn out console cover and feels good under your arm when it's resting on it.

2022 Model 3. I bought a cheapy cover before this purchase. It fit well enough but moved around a lot. That cover faded quickly and looked just ok. This cover fits so well. It looks like the leather that is found on the seats nearby. But I am sure this is the finest leather made. But it looks great. It does not move around like the previous cover. I am very happy with this product.

color doesn't match exactly but it's close enough. if your model 3 is like mine the center armrest has worn through this solves the problem and gives extra cushion on the elbow! worth every penny highly recommended.
