I recently received a sample package of Creed as a gift from the company. Inside that sample bag was an original vial of Creed Aventus. I also received a personal favor from one of their employees including an atomizer of an Aventus formula that isn't released yet and it brings out the bergamot notes much more robustly. I'm excited for when this fragrance finally hits the market! This particular sample is what really turned me on to Creed and therefore looking for cheaper alternatives of the original formula after this undisclosed sample runs out. When I opened this bottle, my first spray immediately gave me the understanding of why people say they smell lemon pledge. At first, it does have a good lemony punch right out the gate but it gradually dries down into a fresh laundry scent. Imagine the most potent and concentrated artificial soapy detergent smell mixed with citrusy lemon. That's club de nuit intense man. It's not hardly at all what Aventus smells like but I do enjoy the fragrance regardless as an alternative within the same distant family tree. I will continue my search for an Aventus alternative but this is not it. Still a very pleasant scent and I'm glad I found it but not a clone as some people recommend. I would say it specifically, for me, smells like something I would prefer in my car.

This is by far has to be the best smelling cologne I’ve ever encountered in my life! I have never had a scent that gave me so much confidence while wearing this. My wife’s favorite sense and she even says I’m irresistible every time I wear it. Every single day, I’m approached by women and even men wanting to know what I’m wearing? They say I smell extremely good and almost in a creepy way like they’re going to eat me or something. lol But overall I enjoy everyone’s approach as it’s like a magnet and a bottle! This stuff smells amazing. I bought this as a blind buy from watching too many YouTube reviews. Well let me tell you I was not disappointed on the smell of this fragrance. This is definitely in my top ten colognes that I own and use in every ocasiones. Good for Work, grocery shopping, DMV, party, weddings and other ocasiones. This is a winner for me!!

The best value for your money for mens cologne IMO. I own many colognes and some very expensive colognes but this is by far one of my favorites. If it had just a touch more of a pineapple scent to it I would never consider buying Aventus. The scent punches way above its price and is better than 99% of others I use that cost 5x more.

I've been collecting colognes for approximately a year now and have sampled a wide variety of scents. This has to be in my top five favorites; one that will continue to be included in my rotation. It truly presents as a top-end scent at a relatively affordable price. Its performance is immaculate, with superior projection and longevity. It's an amazing summer fragrance that needs a place in everyone's collection. There is no doubt in my mind why this particular cologne continues to come up in so many people's collections. Buy it! You won't be disappointed. It is the cologne that has drawn me the most compliments.
